I needed to send some products back and it took them several weeks to come back to me, and when they did, the answer was hilarious - they thought that because a lot of time has passed since my request, that it resolved itself?!?!? Customer service 0/10 right there.
However, my request was passed on to an actually competent customer service rep exactly one month after my initial request, and Mrs. Wodatschek handled it all very professionally, and she is the only reason why I don't give 1 star.
