Has spoken to 2 people re my house move. Gave the meter reading for both properties. subsequently got a credit control letter saving i owed money even though i pay by direct debit.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the text msg I was told on call would be sent to claim bonus credit due in April. It would also be helpful when a customer is struggling and have been a customer for years, that they could get the credit earlier.
