First time booking with the site and Tristan was very helpful. He got us a great deal on business class tickets from Brisbane Australia to Orlando Florida. Same price as we were looking at paying for premium economy tickets.

Everything worked out well in the end but since my tickets were promotional, it was a little more complicated getting all the tickets with many destinations. Ashton was very good and worked everything out in the end.

Worth the savings
Overall, this was a good experience. I was hesitant at first, but we got the flights I needed. Haven't traveled yet, so we'll see.
Plus: Quick response to my inquiry and follow up.
Minus: After confirming booking request, the travel dates changed multiple times. Also, you can't verify the booking directly with the airline.
