If I had the choice I wouldn't give a star but have to so can do this .This is a scam completely fraudulent as like all others I have never heard of this company never signed up or subscribed but yet they somehow have my bank details and are as and when they want taking £29.45. Tryd to contact them but closed customer service tryd to login but says I haven't got any amounts which couldn't be truer but they have my account details, so they are hackers in the mists of a shadow shell company, I have got intouch with the fraud department and they are blocking them from my account, fkin horrible nasty thieving bustards the lot of them .

This company are nothing but scammers and thiefs. I had been searching for a loan and apparently unknowingly subscribed to a "free trial" period. I had no emails to confirm i had subscribed to anything, as then i would have noticed and cancelled immediately. I only seen yesterday they had taken £29.45 from my debit card. when i contacted them via email as phone is not available due to the pandemic, they advised as per terms and conditions that i would not be entitled to a refund, despite me making it clear i didnt know i had even signed up never mind the terms and conditions. They did eventually agree to refund 50% and cancel my account the same day, however i made the point that if my account has been cancelled then they really should refund the whole amount as i have paid for a service which i cant use, even if i wanted to (which i dont!)
I advised them i needed that money for nappies and food for my 3 young children and that was their money they had taken. They now will not answer ANY further emails and i am being completely ignored. I find it shocking how they are allowed to get away with this, as clearly i am not the only one who has unknowingly subscribed to them, they need to make this a-lot more clear instead of scamming customer into subscribing to something they have no idea about especially when trying to obtain funds, why would anyone want to pay out if trying to get a loan, the company is just pure scum!!

Ive never heard of this company and theyve taken money out of my account. When i go to cancel the "subscription" theres no ID found to log in to cancel it so clearly i haven't signed up for anything. Its disgusting and the company needs shutting down!

Company tried taking money from my account and I've never signed to them. Thankfully Barclays alerted me. Stay clear.

Like someone else, applied for a loan and unknowingly signed up to budgetbreeze. Attempted to log in to cancel but said my email address and password is incorrect. Just rang them as 3 payments have gone out of the last couple of days. Very rude on the phone, cancelled my account then hung up, not professional at all. Definitely stay away.

Took my money, wont refund it, did not sign up to them knowingly, scammers at work stay clear

I was applying for a loan and give budget breeze my bank details by mistake. They took money out of my account and then would not answer the phone.
BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY.
STAY CLEAR. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE
