Great Customer Serive...
It was unfortunate that when I received my shipment for the liuli glass bead bracelet one of the beads was broken. I was advised that this is a rare occurrence and aggreed to send me a replacement without having to send the broken one back. The replacement shipment was sent very quickly and received in perfect condition. Thank you for your prompt response & excellent service. I am very happy with this shop.

Shrunk 4 inches when washed...
These trousers appeared to come from a UK company, but it became apparent after purchase that they were coming from China. They took 5 weeks to arrive and were made of quite coarse cotton, but the pattern was lovely. They were only just long enough (I'm 5ft 7in) but after I cool washed them according to the manufacturers instructions, they shrank 4 inches in length and will be going to the charity shop. Haven't even tried to contact the company, as my previous experience of dealing with companies in China hasn't been good, which is why I'd thought I was buying from the UK. Very disappointed- even in the sale, they were over £30, and I'd expect much better quality than this. Won't be buying again.

Very dissatisfied - multiple reasons
Very dissatisfied -
1. Dispatch took a really long time.
2. When product finally arrived not happy with quality, the quality of the picture print is much less and very blurry compared to images on their site.
Finish of the stitching is poor for the price. Stitching ends not appropriately finished/trimmed.
Stiff scratchy fabric.
States 100% cotton but the stitching is for sure polyester so not a product I want for environmental reasons.
3. Contacted customer service to feedback on my dissatisfaction on the quality and requesting how to return. No response.

When “Buddha” Meets Bad Business
This Is About More Than a Bad Return Policy
I ordered three pairs of pants from Buddha Stone and received only two. The third pair was never delivered, and I was never refunded for it.
To make matters worse, returning the two pairs I did received ( the quality was so low) turned into a nightmare. After I opened a dispute with American Express, Buddha Stone contacted me and promised to refund me if I canceled the dispute. I trusted that promise and canceled the dispute.
And then the story changed.
Instead of simply honoring the agreement, they started asking me to accept the refund through Zelle or another payment method. So now I’m left wondering why I was asked to give up the protection of a legitimate credit-card dispute before actually receiving the money I was promised.
This is no longer just about questionable quality or an extremely difficult return policy. It’s about misleading a customer into canceling a dispute based on a promise, and then changing the terms afterward. Whether that was deliberate or simply extremely irresponsible, the result is the same: I was left without the product, without the promised refund, and without the protection I originally had.
And the irony of the company being called Buddha Stone is hard to miss. Buddha is associated with truth, integrity, and freedom from attachment to material things. Perhaps someone at Buddha Stone should take a moment to revisit that part of the philosophy. 🙏
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. The quality of the product is one thing. Trust is another and once that is gone, no pair of pants is worth it.

Fraudulent refund policy
Fraudulent refund policy. I cancelled an order within 24h. They took several days to reply offering a 10% discount instead to win time until shipping. I refused. They took a few more days to illegally say they would only refund 97% of the price, supposedly because of their payment provider’s costs. This violates customer rights. I still haven’t got confirmation or my money. They are not to be trusted
