I don't think I can count the items I've purchase from Buddha Groove. From statues, to jewelry, and tops...and there is not one thing I've been disappointed in. Quality materials, fast shipping, and a great membership perk program. Great for gifts, for all things zen, or just some good old retail therapy...I cannot recommend them enough.

The meditating woman statue I ordered in the white color is beautiful! It was the perfect birthday gift for my friend that owns a Pilates studio, she absolutely loves it! I recently ordered a mala bead with fluorite stones in the 8mm size. The order was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. The mala beads are beautiful and adds so much to my meditation practice. I have other mala beads but none quite as beautiful as this knotted fluorite. I have a large rainbow fluorite piece on my altar and these really brought me back to a peaceful practice, after a chaotic year. And the fact that they match the large stone made them all the more special, as it is also a favorite piece of mine. I will order again from Buddha Groove.

I love this company. I had trouble with a recent delivery due to Fed Ex failures. When the package was sent back to Buddha Grove, they resent at rheir expense via UPS and I had the package within days. All done with graciousness and compassion on their end.

I ordered a pink opal lotus pending and a sterling silver bracelet, both were beautifully crafted but the stones in the pendant were almost white. I contacted customer service thinking maybe I'd gotten the wrong one and spoke to Chris who could not have been nicer. They sent me a return label and shipped out a new pendant which I am super happy with! Everything about the experience couldn't have been easier. Will 100% buy again.

I only got to know this company a few months ago but have purchased a few things from them since. I found their products were of excellent quality. They also take special care in their shipment/delivery to ensure fragile items are well wrapped and protected. The delivery was always on time, if not earlier! All in all, I have a very positive experience with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for products awakening our spiritual self.

Good day. I’d love to review my most recent purchase with Buddha Groove. I am a returning customer and have got a few very unique pieces from Buddha Groove. From the first order few years back I was truly amazed how easy and rewarding doing business with this company is. I was pleased with every transaction and their outstanding customer service. So it was not even a question if I needed something of a good quality, authentic, unique and for any type of occasion or just to expand my home collection of Buddhas, I’d definitely go to Buddha Groove. I’d really like to appreciate their late hours customer service phone center and the kindest employee who answered my phone call after 10.00 pm and helped me with replacing my order that got damaged while being delivered to me. It was very important and urgent, since it was a gift for my wife’s birthday. The next morning their customer service representative reached out to me via email and ensured that my new package is on the way. They did an amazing and outstanding job and I got it delivered to my door in time for my wife’s birthday. I’ll be back soon for more beautiful pieces. It feels very nice when your business is appreciated and you want to keep bringing it back. Loyal, honest and pleasant experience.

I ordered a cairn pendant for my granddaughter's birthday; when it arrived, the pendant was beautiful--the stones had been chosen and arranged very artistically. However, the leather cord was shorter than expected and so stiff I couldn't fully extend it.

I was afraid to keep working with it for fear of damaging it, so I reached out to customer service. I was a little apprehensive, because I'd first heard of Buddha Groove through Facebook, and so many of those companies turn out to be fly-by-night.

Not this one. I heard back from Chris at customer service within the hour (on a weekend!) addressing my concerns and giving me several options. I ended up ordering a second pendant which was perfect; Chris immediately emailed me a free mailing label, which I simply attached to the package and dropped off at the UPS store. Amazingly easy.

I have long considered Zappo's the gold standard in the online world for customer service, but have to say Buddha Groove might be edging them out. And my granddaughter is thrilled with the necklace. The cairn pendant is the perfect accessory for any casual or leisure outfit. I predict she'll get a lot of use out of it.

Great value for the money; outstanding customer service far beyond expectations. Would recommend this company to anyone.

So, there was a bit of a mix up with the way my address appeared on the shipping label, which resulted in the great USPS essentially losing my parcel containing a beautiful lotus necklace that my son had ordered for his girlfriend for Christmas. Oh no I thought, young love will be ruined, Christmas is doomed!!
So on a whim I contacted Buddha Groove customer service....lo and behold a real live person picked up the phone.
He listened to my tale of woe and sadness, and right then and there made a decision that Christmas would not be ruined on his watch, no sir.
He lept into action and expedited a NEW necklace, this time by FedEx. And all he asked for in return was that if the usps eventually find the lost package, that I pop it back in the mail and send it back to Buddha Groove. I made a vow to uphold this agreement and *poof* like that he vanished (but first making sure he confirmed the shipping address and email). 2020 has been a bit of a mess, but knowing there are businesses like these out there that step in to help their customers when they need it brings a sense of warmth and happiness that people are still good and we'll probably get through all of this, together.
Buddha Groove has earned a loyal customer in me (as long as the FedEx package turns up lol). I will be using them again. You should too.

From the first click into the site to receiving the order, it was probably one of the best online retail shopping experience for me. They have such a wide variety of products. And i have purchased quite a bit of items from this place. But i specifically fell in love with the last purchase of mine, the Breathe in & out spinning Ring. It's such a creative piece of jewelry and the quality is top notch.
They delivered within the expected shipping time and the packing itself that my gift arrived in was amazing. One can tell that they don't cut any corners to create a good customer service. Looking forward to my next purchase, though don't think my credit balance will be happy about that ;)
