Absolutely LOVE the flavor of Buck Wild Bison! It reminds me of the delicious, flavorful beef when I was growing up. It’s not WILD tasting, not WEIRD…. Not even TOO BEEFY. Jut perfect flavor! Made tacos with it last night. Best tacos I have had maybe EVER. I’m hooked!

I got a box of bones for my pups. I was surprised to see each one individually wrapped which was awesome to put in the freezer. They were perfect in size. My one dog has a beef allergy and finding bison bones can be challenging so very happy I found these!

Buck wild bison has the best bison meat I have ordered. had it ordered on the 4-12-24 it showed up super fast. I eat bison very regular, Due to having a severe beef allergy that can send me to the hospital for a few days that started back in 2014 from a Lonestar tick bite. I don't get to indulge in many meat products due to most of them being beef. well last night i was able to make carne asada tacos with the skirt steak and chip steak. it brought back so many memories it brought me to tears. I lost my brother in 2022 while he was severing in the Air Force #22aday. it was something we had as kids. thank you guys for having such an amazing product and having cuts of meats you cant find in stores. I will defiantly be ordering again soon. Yall just don't know how good that taco was. 10 years of chicken turkey and pork that just don't get close enough to beef. the bison was absolutely amazing. I cant say it enough. defiantly gonna try my hand at the biggest brisket cut yall sell next.

The ordering, packaging and shipping was great. The meat arrived totally frozen. But the quality and appearance of the meat was disgusting. There was was way too much fat. A six ounce steak trimmed (before cooking), leaving a 3/8” ring of fat for cooking.averaged about 3.7 ounces per steak. If you order steaks from here, order the 24ounce steaks and you may end up with a 10 ounce steak. Possibly….
