Great Service
This was our first experience with Bucks Recycling, although we had seen tenants Use them . We ordered on Tuesday for Thursday delivery and were then advised we could have the skip a day early if we wished . Great news we were using it at 9.00am the next morning . Great service .

Absolutely top notch service, everything was done as asked and better, they were able to collect the skip early which was very helpful to me, I was kept informed every step of the process with polite & professional phone calls, a first rate company with customer service at the heart of everything they do, including the driver who delivered the skip, I can't fault anything!! Delivery and pickup all good , just be careful to read small print and what you can and can’t put in the skip £30 extra for a armchair etc , best to ask advice to avoid extra cost

Drop off on the drive now as no problem.
Collection was tricky we had some work going on up and down the road. Tried to collect but drive way easier blocked. So they came back next day samething again.
With out any problem they just kept trying until it was a collected. Thank you for your understanding and patience

Problems with collection

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. 8 yard skip ordered and paid for. A 6 yard delivered twice!!!! Reason; was they had no 8 yard left but still charged for an 8 yard…Because they are the cheapest they think they are the best. Although a point to note the Skip delivery crew are fantastic. The rest is complete rubbish. Other suppliers are a little extra you will be surprised it’s worth it to try an alternative.

Once we explained this, we promptly collected the empty skip and issued a full refund to ensure you weren’t charged for something you didn’t receive.
