I searched everywhere around my city and no one carried small buckles for dolls clothes and accessories. I tried another on-line company and the buckles were so thin they bent when I tried to attach them. Your buckles are solid and will last for many years. So very thankful for your product. Excellent supplier for my small leather business. I've been purchasing Horween leathers and Wickett & Craig from them for years. Also, great hardware for the Apple Watch bands and watch straps I make. Straps are great for belts!

WORST CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

I paid $1,500 for an 8116 leather splitter. They shipped a hole punch instead. After the exchange I was excited to get this new machine in service. These machines are from China so no instructions on making adjustments. I think it worked on 2 pieces and then would pull the work pieces thru unevenly which literally turned the pieces 90 degrees and damaged every piece. I was in contact with Taighe to ask for help. His sole suggestion was adjusting the blade from the back with no further instruction on how that was accomplished. Crickets on every contact after that. It looks like there are several adjustments as far as roller tension, angle on the rollers, etc. I experimented and could not get the machine to function correctly. Turned to YouTube- still no luck. It is pretty clear that their sterling ratings has everything to do with selling buckles, fasteners, and leather. They should stick with the simple stuff that has gotten them by for almost 80 years and should not sell anything they don't have any idea how it works or how to adjust or repair.

I have this really handsome belt that had an annoyingly cheap, plated zinc buckle. I just hated it. Then I found The Buckleguy.

I always had problems with the line 20 snaps. I purchased their set of anvils and line 20 snapsetter set i never had a problem after that. I also had to call their customer service up and they were fantastic.

****Update***
After my last outraged email, I was transferred to a more senior customer service associate who is send me the additional missing pieces free of charge.

The products are great but god help you if they mess up your order and you need to talk to their customer service. I ordered 3 lock sets (2 piece set) and they sent me 7 base pieces and no top clip pieces. It took me almost a week and multiple emails for them to finally get back to me and they only sent me 3 top pieces and didn't ask for the extra 4 bases pieces back. A few days later I emailed them back and asked if I could just purchase an extra for 4 top pieces since the bases were effectively useless. They had the nerve to tell me that they fulfilled my initial request as a CURTASEY and that they would not sell the additional 4 top pieces to me. Their customer service team is inept and while the quality of their product is much better it is truly easier to just use Amazon (as much as it truly pains me to say this)

I got what I ordered and received it in IMHO a quick delivery time. Not much more one can ask for these days!!

The customer service of Buckle Guy is terrible, I ordered a Horween belt strap, the belt strap stretched
out in 3 months of use about 1.5. When I approached Buckle Guys for a replacement strap , they said they would not replace the strap because i had altered it? Yes I did make a belt out of it, then they made up another excuse say the 8-9ox leather strap was not meant for a belt? I ordered a buckle with it. If in fact it was not meant for a belt,why would i order a buckle too? you would think i would have been informed about that from them, its not disclosed on their website. I have ordered straps prior with no problem. I guess the 5th generation that is running this family business must be millennials who have no clue what it means to have a happy cutomer. all i asked for is replacement strap , about $17 and some change.

Amazing product assortment and the BEST hardware in the market, no question. Solid brass and if you have been in leatherwork you will know it when you see it.
