Terrible Customer Service
My insurance company suggested I use this place and it was a terrible mistake. I had damage to both sides of my vehicle and they quoted me 5-6 days to get fixed. After 8 days they call me to tell me they totally forgot about the other side and would need it for another 3-4 days (which actually was 7). So that’s more rental money that I had to pay for and they didn’t seem to care at all. Weren’t apologetic and didn’t even offer to cover that extra time in the rental since it was their fault. I asked if they could at least do a percentage off of the deductible which they said no to. So basically they put their customers out from their own mistakes and show zero sympathy nor try to work with the customer to make the issue better. I’d never go here again and am going to make sure no one I know goes here as well. Terrible customer service and only decent body work. Don’t go here!!!
