My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I ordered books in English, but when they arrived, they were in French. I reached out to their staff to resolve the issue, only to be told that I had placed the order in French—despite my email confirmation clearly stating the order was in English. After several back-and-forth communications, the books were resent.

When the replacement arrived, only two of the three books I ordered were included. Upon following up about the missing book, I was informed that a duplicate copy of one I already received would be sent instead. I tried to clarify that I didn’t need two copies of the same book, but their response was dismissive, claiming I had no more open orders and nothing could be done.

This ordeal was beyond disappointing and highlighted an utter lack of customer service. Thankfully, the company men..tioned in my bio stepped in and helped me resolve the issue when the company failed to do so. I’m grateful for their assistance and would recommend caution when dealing with businesses that show little regard for their customers’ concerns.

Questionable customer service

Initially ordered books in English. When product arrived they were in French. I then informed staff and was told "I myself placed order in french" even though my email confirmation stated order was english. I then needed to have the books resent. Finally they arrived but only 2 out of the 3 books. Then proceeded to ask where the remaining book was. Was told a copy of one I already received would also be arriving. Tried to explain I do not need 2 copies of the same book. Was told I have no more open orders. So nothing can be done. This is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service.
