Bucanons is what I call a service…
Bucanons is what I call a service minded organization, a professional organization in a mom and pop work atmosphere. its not a false service: Dave's been the head of that family for at least 35 years ,and even in Helena Ms back in the 2000s we knew of Buchanan transmission in Gulfport/biloxi. : trivia: his shop, if you actually looked at it on a map, is dead center of the whole biloxi Gulfport metropolitan complex. it weird but I think Dave planned it that way.
I have seen ugly reviews on Dave. his staff really didn't deserve them. Dave and his staff are fair: Dave lets you know upfront, what that unit's going to cost you to rebuild: he won't go to Barry's and pull a possibly worse transmission. he really doesn't have the time, and if you wont listen to cold reality you don't need to be in his workplace comparing brain pans.
My Lincoln is going to cost $3000: that is what it is in parts, labor and his mens sweat or possible injury (often caused when he attempts to gently treat a patients owner who has sophallic rectal inversion: more painful to the client, but I think the relief is worth a lot to Dave: they get paid, and a client now spreads the man praises versus the fertilizer he was spreading. yes Buchanan gets most of its customers by word of mouth.
anyway my car is ready : 12 hours after I told the man to fix the car. These facts are irrefutable...you get back what you give folks. so give it to Dave right the first time: you be back on the highway .with a car that runs.
ps don't forget: get the parts he removes from the transmission so you can move them for safe return for safe storage at the dealership. I'm delivering mine to Lincoln after dark....lol
