I rented a car through Bubuway and…

I rented a car through Bubuway and everything went smoothly. The booking process was easy and the car was in great condition. The owner was very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout the rental. Overall, a really good experience and I would definitely use Bubuway again.

Really easy car rental experience

Really easy car rental experience

I used BubuWay for my trip to Albania and the whole process was much easier than I expected. I found the car through the app, compared the options and booked without having to spend hours messaging different rental companies.

The operator was very helpful when we arrived and explained everything clearly before handing over the car. The car was clean, comfortable and exactly as described.

What I liked most was that everything felt straightforward. No complicated process, no surprises and returning the car was just as easy.

Would definitely use BubuWay again.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience with BubuWay from start to finish. The app made it really easy to compare the available cars, check all the details and choose the one that was right for our trip.

What I particularly appreciated was the communication with the rental operator. He was very friendly and helpful, and when we picked up the car, he took a few extra minutes to explain everything and even gave us some useful advice about driving and parking in Albania. He jokingly told us not to trust Google Maps too much when it suggested the “fastest” route which turned out to be very good advice! 😄

The car was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and reliable. We drove around Albania during our holiday and had absolutely no problems with it.

Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, with no surprises or unnecessary complications.

Overall, the whole experience felt easy and stress-free — from choosing the car in the BubuWay app, to dealing with the operator, enjoying the car during our trip and finally returning it.

I would definitely use BubuWay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a car in Albania.

Thanks to this app, I managed to find a rental car during my holiday in August, when most cars were already fully booked due to the high season. The team was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
