Received a broken Bubble Mini in February 2022, been trying to get in touch many times. Only in April they replied and asked to send a broken device to their address. Everything was sent, I never heard anything from them since. Wrote to them twice, but there's no response, and, of course, no refund.
My Bubble Mini stopped charging in June 2022. I sent an email to their support and received a reply (after three days) to send it by post and they will gladly replace or repair it. I did so and never heard from them since, despite repeated inquiries.
Good experience, superfast delivery. Ordered a Bubble Mini from Bubbleshop.eu on Nov 8 at noon from the Netherlands. Received confirmation of the order within 10 minutes. Received confirmation of shipping within an hour, with tracking information for DHL delivery. I could pick it up on Nov 10 in the afternoon.
Received a Bubble that didn't work. Contacted the shop via their contact form to get a replacement. never got a reply.
Ordered 2 cgm bubble devices from them. When order was delivered they had only sent one. I queried this, and they said they will check with their warehouse, then they said they will query with DHL. It's been almost two weeks that they've not responded, so I think they stole 100Euros from me...
