I bought a phone holder for my bike which duly arrived, although not especially quickly. On realising it wasn't a good fit I looked at the instructions of the website for the advertised "free returns". I have tried two email addresses and calling them (their line is dead) but nothing. Do not trust this company, do not buy anything.
Non existent customer service! Do not abide by their own refund policy
Following the measurements on the website, I purchased 2 rucksack covers in the L size. Once I received them, they turned out to be way bigger than advertised, and I contacted BTR to ask for instructions on how to return them and get a refund. After 3 attempts at contacting them via email (the telephone line is dead...) and their own website, no response. But I got a message saying that they are having a closing-down sale! Clearly they are not bothered by negative reviews any more. Very disappointed.

No Reply to Emails or Phone Message within 2 Days of an Order.
The order went through incorrectly and defaulted to my billing address, despite 3 emails and a telephone call in the immediate minutes after the order was placed, no one has replied to me and it would seem the order has been dispatched to the incorrect delivery address.
I am disgusted that no one has replied to a simple request.

Fantastic products and customer service
I ordered the BTR High Vis Be Totally Reflective Jacket but unfortunately it was too neat on me (I'd normally order a 10 but larger sizes were out of stock). Admittedly, I then looked at previous reviews and was nervous about attempting to return it and reorder the gilet which was available in bigger size. However I did and cannot fault this company at all (there Google reviews and much better and higher). The products were good quality, I got instructions for my free return and was refunded promptly and the gilet I ordered instead arrived within a couple of days. Overall great product and great service, thank you.
Didn't turn up
Ordered my running jacket over 2 weeks ago, there is no tracking info on the shop app, I have reached out 3 times and no response
Good items but poor customer service
I did not have a very good customer experience dealing with BTR Sports.
My order did not show up on time but I decided to give things time .. after two weeks, it still hadn't arrived so I contacted BTR.
They apologised and apparently resent(?) the two items which arrived the following day this time.
I suspect they'd not been sent originally and were forgotten/misplaced as the two items were sent separately and while I can understand one item being lost in transit, two is a bit unlikely.
One of the items (a cycling gilet for my wife) wasn't to her liking so I requested their procedure for returns.
I heard nothing for four days and sent a polite reminder that I was still waiting.
I've heard nothing after yet another email to BTR .. just wanting to return an item.
I'd send it back myself only I doubt they'll refund me .. so I have a gilet that I'll probably end up giving away if I can find someone it'll fit.
The items are good quality and I have no fault with them .. but BTR's lack of response (and a telephone number that no one answers) is unacceptable.
Very disappointing .. I wouldn't recommend them.
Terrible customer service
My husband ordered 2 cycle jackets, they did not arrive and when we queried it they said the courier was not able to deliver them as our address was undeliverable! We run a business ourself from this address and it is most certainly not 'undeliverable' the company refunded us, we ordered the same items again and within minutes our order was cancelled and we were refunded again. We received an email from Jo who said they had cancelled our order as they had "not received the original items back and probably never would" and they could not take those sort of losses!!!! They basically accused us of having had them in the first place even though their courier told them he tried 3 times and our address is completely undeliverable!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Bad customer service goods not delivered
We ordered goods and after 2 weeks they were not delivered. The company refunded us and advised that we reorder which we did. BTR then instantly cancelled our order accusing us of having a suspect address where parcels go missing. Actually accusing us in an email. Disgraceful customer relations.

Zip bust, but customer service not responsive
Bought a velcro-on pannier rack seated saddlebag. Delighted with it BUT after a few months the zip broke. I contacted support@ help@ and even sent a FB message, but was not honoured with a reply.
(You tube fix has helped, tip - keep zip pull flat)
Reflective jacket - good quality and came quickly
Ordered a reflective jacket for running and cycling. BTR shipped quickly, despite me making a mistake with the shipping address and having to ask for a correction. The jacket is very good quality and excellent value. Husband has since ordered from BTR as well.

Whilst the cover does keep the rain out, the bag lets in water from the base of the bag! This bag ia a waste of money! Have logged my complaint, no resolution as yet!

BITTERLY Disappointed
As a venue owner, I was approached by BT Sport last month with a GREAT offer... Half Price BT Sport, a social media coaching session, starter pack (with banner) in return for a Budweiser product to be offered on my bar, a projector AND screen! It was an offer none could refuse
Except - IT NEVER HAPPENED!
I got BT Sports installed and the 'BILL' - taken by DD - but NO Banner, NO Social Media Support, NO projector and Screen and NOT even the event Posters to ADVERTISE the actual content (AT ALL!) and NO new product to offer on my bar either...
I complained - TWICE - and got BLANKED...
ALL I am saying is, as a venue, they COULD 'NOT' have UTTERLY FAILED US more miserably than this...
So...just make sure you 'wind' that into the next conversation with the BT Sport Rep that calls you...
Utterly DEFICIENT customer service needs to be called out, always!
