Great Customer service
I purchased this chair and the experience was great, through and through. Unfortunately due to my height I did not fit in the chair all that well and I had to return it. But the customer support through and through was great, I had an issue with the hand rest and they guided me step by step with pictures on how to resolve it. Th le return process was great as well! No questions asked and they provided me with videos on how to return the package correctly all in all great company!

Literally better than new
It's always a risk buying something refurbished, but honestly not with BTOD. I wanted the same chair at home that I had at the office (Steelcase Leap V2). The mechanicals and upholstery on the BOTD were actually better than the new Steelcase.

Called and they were very responsive and helpful in helping me confirm the product. However, I did have to call to confirm the order went through since the site got stuck on "Processing". Received an order confirmation email and I called to confirm, but I didn't think it would really reduce their overall rating.
