it took more than 1 month before I received my machine. Lots of days were wasted. i should have had rewards already

They sent me a broken miner weeks ago and are now ghosting me when I inquire about a replacement. Greedy and uncommunicative, this company is absolute trash. I recommend going with ANYONE else

Purchasing my first miner was very easy and shipping was quick. They answered any questions I had about the products I was interested in. I was so pleased with my first purchase from them that I have entrusted them with a rather sizable order this time around.

BT-miners answered all of my questions and made it easy to conduct business with them. Deliveries came faster than expected as well. US buyers, be sure to budget in money for Tarifs, but BT-Miners pricepoint made it still cheaper than many competitors in the US.

Everytime I see a reasonable price for their site advertised, I click and go to their site and ots 3 to 10 x what was advertised plus the CC fee pr Crypto fees on top.

Have been buying units for several years. Very easy to communicate and discuss options. Once paid, very fast shipping (less than a week in my experience). Recent order was for 10 units and trust is important and bt-miners have earned the trust.

I'll update this review as the process evolves. I ordered an in stock item on October 29th. As of now November 5th my order is still pending. Kind of expected it to ship by now, but with a weekend thrown in it's still within a reasonable amount of time.

My experience with BT-Miners has been frustrating. At the time of purchase, I was told that I would only need to pay a minimal customs fee. However, this turned out to be inaccurate. The shipment was held at customs and I was asked to provide additional documentation such as the invoice and proof of payment.

After several communications, they sent me a brand new unit. Thanks BT-miners for your support.

Just ordered Canaan Avalon Q. I had read many reviews of the ID verification being a hassle. I called their USA number 813-820-0668 and spoke to the representative and she did confirm it’s required only for first purchase. Once an account is established and nothing changes, the system “knows you”so to speak and doesn’t suspect fraud or scam orders.

Regardless if this, it actually was nothing to it. I put my credit card information in and placed the order and then I was prompted to upload a photo of my driver license which of course matched my order. So I’m assuming that was the extent of ID verification everyone complained of.. unless I’m missing something, there was nothing to it.

Note: I did have to pay a hefty fee for shipping ($250.00) plus a credit card fee of $100.00.

Outside of this, painless transaction so far. Will see how long it takes for my order to arrive I guess.

All works fine , services could be cheaper

I ordered the GSminer for mining XTM, and after 4 days of use, it’s been performing great so far. The setup was very easy, and it’s impressively quiet for a miner—you can barely hear it running.
I did experience an issue with the power supply, which went bad after about 12 hours of operation. I’m currently using a desktop power supply as a replacement and have reached out to BT-Miners about the issue. They were very responsive to my questions before the miner arrived, so I’m hopeful they’ll handle this quickly.
Shipping took a little over two weeks, but overall, I’m satisfied with the miner’s performance and the company’s communication so far.

Not sure what happened,but my order didn't go through,even after multiple attempts. Great fraud protection,but difficult to complete a purchase. Company did reach out after my review,showing their dedication to customers. I have upgraded my experience from 1 star to 3. I decided to go with a different company to purchase the product. Once they fix payment issues,I believe they will receive higher reviews.
