Absolutely terrible. Placed an order on Jan 1st. Stated 3-6 days for delivery (not working days, just days).

05/01/2026 receive an email saying order has been delayed

06/01/2026 receive an email saying my order has been shipped.

07/01/2026 receive an email saying my order has left their warehouse to go to their logistics partner.

Wait, I thought it had already been shipped on the 6th?

Now nothing since the 6th.

According to their tracking today (13th)

“ The shipment has been loaded in the dispatch department”

That’s funny because i thought it was shipped on the 6th? Now it’s been at the “loaded” stage for 6 days.

I’ve sent 3 emails (because obviously no contact number) and had zero response. Will have to claim my money back through my bank.

I understand small delays etc but I don’t appreciate lies being told about when things have been shipped. I also don’t appreciate ZERO response when trying to chase my order conspiring they have £135 of mine and I have neither my order or my money.

I ended up being charged an extortionate fee for their slow delivery. Delivery took over 2 weeks. this was way too long so I arranged return using the label provided, and had £12.99 deducted from the refund to pay for the return!

I ordered shoes from this company (order number 16000301993), but they never arrived. The tracking information looks very strange - it only says “delivered to your region,” not delivered to me or to my address.

I contacted the company multiple times. They ignored my emails at first, then asked me to fill out a form. After submitting the form: complete silence. No shoes, no refund, no explanation.

This feels very unprofessional and honestly like a scam. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this company.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, received an email saying the order would take longer due to the sale etc, recieved an email to say order despatch 2nd Jan and it sat in dispatch and not moved ever since

Excellent service, had a question on the delivery and was answered immediately.

Next one of those shops claiming and confirming one thing and delivering something completely different.
Ordered goods were supposed to be delivered within 3-4 working days. Considering New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, I should have been enjoying my order for two days now.
The actual shipment took place only today, i.e. on the 6th working day. I will receive the goods on the 8th working day, most likely.
This is poor and unacceptable, simply pulling the wool over the customer's eyes.
If I had known at the time of ordering that I'd have to wait twice as long for it, I'd have purchased locally, especially with the current freezing weather.
Don't recommend.

Shoes are even better in person than in the pics! Arrived quickly, with good delivery updates. Duty was expensive however. Otherwise a smooth experience.
