Nothing but problems with this company had an engineer out twice to fix the tele because it kept coming up and down on its own.faulty speaker.had the television replaced to solve the up and down problem.the new tele came had that put in and now thats full of black marks inside the screen.waiting again for a new tele to be delivered but was informed I was to fit it myself.
Stephen holland is the best
i had an issue in april 2025 where the tv bed lost power within a day stephen holland booked a replacement part and an engineer to fit the faulty part i was so happy my tv bed was repaired , i contacted today December 2025 as there was a red light and my tv again would not lift , again Stephen Holland responded promptly and advised my unit had locked he advised simply to press the two buttons at the same time until the blue light flashed up and guess what my tv lifted out of the bed absolutely brilliant aftercare thanks :)

Three visits by the bed engineer to fix the motor on our electric bed.
I don't blame the engineer, it would help if BSSB sent the right parts! It's taken 5 weeks so far and it's still not fixed!

Got a phone call back from a lad called Dylan about 30 minute later and talked me through the problem and how to fix it in about 3 minutes through a WhatsApp video call. Can’t praise the lad and the service enough.

My tv bed had stopped working and as it was out of warranty Benson for beds advised me to contact this company for support. My husband phoned and left his details for a call back. The engineer called and helped my husband re sync the mechanism and got the problem resolved in 5 minutes. Excellent Service.
Poor communication
Before Christmas I sent a photograph of a remote for a bed/tv your reply was to ask me to register which I did. I have not heard from you since and on logging in today I can find no record of my enquiry. I am at a loss.
Excellent customer service
Stephen of BSSB provided excellent customer service to supply me the missing motor from Benson in a very efficient manner. Called on yesterday morning and get the motor on today.

Excellent customer service. We bought a bed from Benson for Beds a few years ago and the remote has broken.
I contacted BSSB and they dealt with issue straight away with ease and no problems. I had a new remote within a few days, with full instructions it up.

Purchased a TV bed from Bensons for Beds and within a year or to the USB charger failed. I thought I would contact them to see if spares were available. After providing them with the invoice for the bed they happily agreed to send out the spare parts and asked whether I would like an engineer to fit it or whether I would do it myself.
Being an electrical engineer I've got no problem fitting it and they sent me out a whole box of spare parts. I've read some of the reviews on here but I can't fault their customer service on this occasion.
Beware of this company
BSSB Furniture provide decent beds, but as a company they are not 100% reliable. Having completely snubbed the pleas from myself, and trusted the words from the lying engineer that broke my TV / Bed, they haven't made any efforts to rectify the situation, and just ignored the situation. Hopefully the whole mess will be sorted but I do not trust BSSB, Homeserve or Bensons for Beds. Worst experience of my life.

Steven in your office was outstanding, I received a more than poor service from Bensons For Beds, (where I purchased the goods) I looked up the people that actually made my bed (BSSB) I was ill informed on my rights with the warranty from Bensons.
I wanted a second opinion so I contacted BSSB...I received a call back very quickly, I explained about the remote for my TV bed had broken and he ordered a replacement on next day delivery for no fee or charge and informed me that I get a 2 year warranty when bensons told me I only get 6 months. He was amazing and was hassle free Keep up the good work!!!
