Disrespect for private residence adjoining building site.

I manage a private residence adjoining a Bryant construction site in Cairns North, Queensland.
My dealing with representatives of this company over the past six months have been on a scale from acrimonious to contemptuous.
Main issue relates to construction on the border with this residence not being to the approved plan, vulgar language from construction workers in close proximity to this property, and loud horrible music emanating from the construction site day after day.
