Order not being fulfilled.
Have had an order on Amazon since October. The shipping continues to be delayed and we have yet to receive the item. We have cancelled through Amazon but because they keep updating the shipping, the cancellation never goes through.

Did you bring this up with Amazon?
I ask because we solely do Fulfillment by Amazon. In other words, they control the entire fulfillment process whenever an order is placed and ship from their Warehouse to you. It is completely out of our control and their responsibility.

Satisfies One Tough Customer....
My nephew! I haven't been away from home recently so I figured someone away from their home could try them. I had my nephew over for the weekend and, as usual, his mom forgot to pack his toothbrush (she forgets that he lost the toothbrush he keeps at our place). Brushee to the rescue!
I gave the Brushee to my nephew and he enjoyed it very much as he didn't have to do anything and it fit great in his hands (he's 9).
I look forward to using it when travelling based on satisfaction from a kid! Gotta love it!

This product is a wonderful idea
This product is a wonderful idea. However, I somehow missed the fact that if you sign up for a FREE sample, you are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in a subscription. BEWARE! I was able to call to have the subscription cancelled but my bank has not been credited yet.

We're very glad to hear that you think our product is a wonderful idea, but we're sorry to hear that you were unaware that your were signing up for a subscription.
I do find it pertinent to clarify a few things that are written and highlighted on our sign up page - it clearly states the following in the middle section under 'How it all works':
- Your first order includes a trial pack (which is $1)
- Refresh pack arrives 10 days later, includes a full 24-pack of Brushee
- Future shipments are up to you - upgrade, pause or cancel anytime
There's also a section under that that is titled 'What happens after the trial set?' which states:
Ten days after you get your trial pack, we'll ship your full-sized 24 pack of Brushees. From there we will automatically ship you a refresh pack every month. If that shipment frequency or quantity doesn’t fit your needs, then don’t worry. You’ve got complete control of what ships and when.
And then on the checkout page it clearly states:
Brushee- trial pack converts to Brushee Refresh 24 pack - $12.99 - ships every month.
So while we apologize that this caught you by surprise, we're not trying to misinform our buyers, and hope it didn't inconvenience you too much. But your refund was submitted as soon as you requested it, and the transaction was reversed.

The brush is soft! The pick and floss are great. The toothpaste did not have any flavor. It was great to get a quick brush in before heading to the dentist but I did not feel refreshed.

These are exactly what I needed in my life. They perfectly fit anywhere & are designed to complete the task. I love the way they manage to get everything out of the tiny recesses between my teeth. You can't not have these with you. Perfect for work, overnight or just in case you need extra tlc for your teeth.

This is a nifty little product. I like the size, the way it's assembled and everything. I tried one of the brushes as soon as they arrived. Plenty of toothpaste on the bristles for a good clean. The flosser works well. When I used the flosser, I was surprised when the Brushee came apart to reveal the pick; I was fascinated at how the brushee had that little feature. Thank you for sending me a set, they are awesome.

Toothpaste was all over the inside of the packaging - more then on the brush. Design is nice but a little big. Brush should be covered to keep toothpaste on the brush.

Great Travel Toothbrush
I think the brush part of the tooth brush is too small and shaped weirdly. I feel as though it cannot clean my teeth being that small. Other than that, I love Brushee being able to have everything I need all in one piece. Definitely an amazing size and great tool for traveling, maybe not a great every day tooth brush unless they were to make a full size.
