Didn’t even last 7-8 months. Not waterproof when they are supposed to be.
I purchased a pair of Brunt (Mulder-welted comp toe) on November 20th 2024. The toe separated one year later. I have two pairs of boots that I alternate between every other day, so effectively I have only gotten about 6 months of wear from these before they failed. I wear these boots almost exclusively indoors (I am a welder).
I have taken meticulous care of these boots, always keeping them clean and treated with a high-end leather cleaner. Coincidentally, I purchased a cheap pair of work boots to use as my alternate boots. So far, these have outlasted the expensive Brunt boots!
When I contacted the company they said that this was not covered by warranty (some sort of nonsense about being a small business). I run a small business and I offer a full refund if any customer is not fully satisfied with my product. I do this because I believe in quality and my products.
My new favorite boot very comfortable and durable 👍
My experience with customer service has been nothing short of dismal, characterized by a complete lack of communication. I invested $300 in a pair of boots, only to be left in the dark without any updates regarding their shipment. I didn't even receive an email to confirm that the order had been dispatched or to provide an estimated delivery date. It felt as though the company was all talk—promoting their products enthusiastically—yet failing miserably to uphold their commitments to their customers.
In all my years of online shopping, I've never had a package go missing at my address. I genuinely believe that if I didn’t receive the boots, the responsibility lies squarely with the company that took my money. I wholeheartedly advise others to think twice before risking their hard-earned money with this unpredictable company.
Everything we see about Brunt is that it’s American Made, better than the competition because it’s American made. Ordered a pair of Marin boots and while back ordered for a few MJ ghs Brunt gladly took my money and had me wait two months for the boots.
The order finally arrived, boots looked good but had a cheap smell to them. While they were comfortable the tag says Made in Bangladesh???
What gives, every ad we see says Made in America….
Called brunt, the nice girl said ( in her singing voice) I’m sorry, we will send you a return label…..
