All our products are sourced directly from the manufacturers, with no third-party involvement. Each order is screened and shipped directly from our Korea branch using express services. Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.
According to the official DHL tracking, this shipment was successfully delivered after customs clearance in Europe. The full tracking history clearly shows the transit from Korea to Europe and final delivery.
We were never contacted by this customer regarding any issue, delay, or concern before this review was posted, which is unfortunate, as we are always available to assist and resolve problems promptly.
