They keep me dry all day and no leaking through to my trousers. I wish they sat higher on my waist, as they ride lower than I am used to.

The boxers are fine, but it took a month to receive them. If I had not inquired, I would have not received any notification. Also, I think the care instructions should be made more prevalent on the website for the care.

They sit a little low on my hips exposing myself when I bend over. Otherwise they are very good and do the job.

They delayed my order for a month. When I contacted them their site could not even identify a shipper, let alone an expected arrival date. They directed me to a site that tried to charge me $5 for talking to a person. They've got my $120, they havent shipped my order, and they try to charge you for talking to someone to get answers. If their quality of customer service is this bad then how bad is the quality of their product?

Ordered on December 9th... still not received. If I'd known it was coming from CHINA, I would never have ordered. My inquiries have all gotten the same form letter, B.S. I have applied to my bank for a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I reach out to Bruceboxer and they got right back to me ,they offer me a 50% off and when I went to use they folded and said no such offer so I went to another merchant that is similar that has a better customersevice that also from china that has a warehouse in Florida..

My ship arrived later than was predicted however, I am quite pleased with the product so far after three days of being able to wear them. They are comfortable more comfortable than another brand that I’ve used, which is what I was hoping for. At this point, we will probably order more.

The last order you sent was 2XL. That is not the size I ordered. What to do?

This site is a scam. They do not tell you that all returns must be returned to China. They do not provide any assistance in terms of Commercial Invoices needed for international shipping. They only provide a simple return form to include with the shipment, but has no useful purpose for the actual shipment. They do not state that all return shipment costs are the full responsibility of the customer until you tell them you want to return the product. The return shipment costs are hundreds of dollars, far exceeding the cost of the goods being returned. They are knowingly deceiving the customer since the return is highly unlikely given the cost to return. Who researches the cost of a return before purchase, especially when they do not tell you where they need to be returned or that the customer must pay for the return? The product did not meet the advertised performance expectations either. This is not standing behind your product, especially when they claim you have 30 days to return if not satisfied without telling you that the customer must pay the return shipping costs and that they must ship to China for the return.

Delivery was slow, and the fit is less than perfect. The waist of the shorts is well below my waist.

Your product ships from China. Somehow can there possibly be a better way to track until they get into the USPS system here in the US? There is a period of over two weeks of what I consider a blackout. No information.

Have tried other brands of continence related briefs. These by far are the best I have tried. Other brands looked and felt like there was a codpiece. These look and feel like regular briefs.

What do I do? If I order the wrong size I ordered several pair of large and I may need an extra large. I’ve only tried on one pair.

They fit well, are not bulky like pads, diapers, etc., and are good security to prevent embarrassment when unavoidable leakage occurs. They are well designed, and a great relief! Pardon the pun!

Took a long time to get the product. I think they would be more comfortable is the waistband was a little higher. Just got them a couple of days ago, so this is an early review.
