We entered into an agency agreement with Bruce & Co before fully appreciating how restrictive the contract terms were. Over a period of approximately 14 months (including a 60-day contractual termination period), not one expression of interest was generated for our property.
Irrespective of outcome, Bruce & Co are not subject to the level of commercial risk that the seller signs up to under the agreement.
Businesses and experienced sellers should examine the Bruce & Co contract structure very carefully — independent review tools, including AI-based analysis, are illuminating.

Used this company to sell my business, they valued the business and after a couple months they reduced the price by 25k and told me that it was a sales tactic ! After a few months they found someone who was keen on the building which proved a nightmare as there demands were all one way biting into my sales figure, short story I pulled the plug and next thing I knew was interest added onto there sales commission which was due apparently ! even although they did not sell my business, refused to pay and now were 4 years down the line and I get taken to court for £8.5K DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE......

Do not use this agency.
A bunch of liars and charlatans.
I would advise anyone thinking of using these people to go elsewhere.
