i finally made my first withdrawal amount of $500 after playing a very big wager .
Successfully fulfilling the wagering requirements i proceeded with my real cash balance $500.00 (0.00 wager/0.00bonus)
I was informed not to touch my real cash balance as it was pending for 48hours then approved and payed out .
I logged in 48 hours later to see $102.00 in my real balance and live chat told me they had forfeited $398.00 under some 3.3 bonus clause .

Bruce Bet Withheld Over $6,000 – No Bonus Terms Provided, Just Excuses
I deposited NZD $52.50 and claimed a 100% deposit bonus + 50 free spins from Bruce Bet in early 2025. I completed all wagering requirements, and my account balance reached over NZD $8,000.
When I tried to withdraw, Bruce Bet withdrew NZD $6,615.03 from my balance and claimed there was a $600 max withdrawal limit on the bonus — a condition that was never shown to me at the time of claiming.
I’ve asked multiple times for a timestamped copy of the bonus terms. Instead, I’ve received:
• Vague PDFs with no reference to my bonus
• Contradictory internal records (one shows a $300 cap, not $600)
• Endless delays from “appropriate departments” with no resolution
It’s now been over a month. They still can’t explain:
• Why I was left with NZD $1,500 after the supposed cap
• Why no terms were ever shown when I claimed the offer
• How the deduction was even calculated
I’ve filed complaints with Casino Guru, submitted my evidence, and escalated the issue. If you’re considering Bruce Bet, be warned:
They will take your money, hide the terms, and avoid accountability.
