This business is not to be trusted. Paid several hundreds of pounds for an A/C unit, kept on being told they are experiencing shipping delays etc. Then eventually they just ignore you. There website is also currently offline too. I am now having to make a claim through my card issuer. This company is clearly not operating legitimately - DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Ordered a portable AC unit during the heatwave, tracking number never made it past Processing and then vanished completely after 2 weeks. No shipping information given, product never received and have had to go through my bank to request a payment dispute as any emails requesting a refund are met with complete silence. Site doesn't even work when clicking on it through the email provided anymore. Never use this site, should have believed it too good to be true when a site supposedly focused on fashion was attempting to sell AC units during the heatwave. What a scam

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I paid for air conditioning units, but never received any tracking information despite repeated attempts to contact the company. Communication was non-existent throughout.

To make matters worse, the company's website has now gone offline, which strongly suggests this is a scam. I've had no option but to start a chargeback through my bank to try and recover my money.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to stay well away. Avoid at all costs

ordered 2 air con units and did not arrive, requested a cancellation, was told can not. waited a bit longer still nothing, website no longer active. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered an ac unit on 25/6/26 got a confirmation email and that’s about it.
Still waiting as of 19/7/26 and no updates or response to emails.
Not likely to receive anything,looks like a scam.

Ordered air con unit in June, told I would receive tracking within 5-8 working days. Day 9 I contacted and was told sorry for delay it was being processed and update would follow. After being told to be patient and offering 10% refund I asked for order to be cancelled. Eventually it was cancelled but again told to be patient for refund. Website has now disappeared with no sign of my refund. Gone through bank now for chargeback. Wish I'd no more research into reviews before buying, would give 0 if possible as 1 star is too good for this company.

I have had the same problem, ordered a air conditioner unit in June and no tracking details nothing , wrote to the company and got a reply back 3 days later stating the item has cleared for dispatch and tracking details to
Follow, we are 2 weeks trough July and nothing. I’ve applied for a charge back . People please stay away . The website does not work anymore
This is a scam

No tracking for expensive item 15 days after purchase. No idea when or if it will arrive. Only reason I gave them 2 not 1 star is customer service contacted me. Bare minimum. But didn’t resolve the issue. Steer clear

Just gone on here and seen the reviews we are having the same problem, ordered an ac and have been told there is a shipping delay offering us a 10% refund. But they won’t cancel the order and give a full refund, reported to credit card fraud department,

Scam website, took my money but never shipped. Luckily was able to charge back on credit card

I should have read these reviews before placing my order and parting with £400

A few things you should know before buying from this seller:

1. When I placed my order, the return address was listed in Oxford, UK. Since then, they have changed their return address to the Netherlands, but in reality they require customers to return items to China at their own expense.
2. The shoes they sent were completely unsuitable. I ordered a size 10, but the pair I received had no size marked on them and appeared to be around a size 7.
3. When I requested a return, I was told that I would have to pay the return postage to an address in China.
Returning the shoes would have cost more than they were worth, so I was effectively forced to accept a 30% refund.
4. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this seller. If there is a problem with your order, returning the item is likely to be expensive and impractical.

Not worth your time or money.

I too tried to buy an AC unit in the heat wave.

Nothing was sent. Contact number doesn’t work. Customer service emails felt automated.

Initially received an email saying the order has passed through quality checks and that it would be shipped soon. Later got offered 20% refund for the inconvenience and was told the order could not be cancelled as it was being processed. I pushed for a cancellation. Now they said they’re working on it after I threatened to pursue a dispute with my bank.

Chances are I won’t see the £400 pound again. The ac unit went from out of stock to being nearly double the price now. It all reads as a scam. Don’t purchase anything here.

I to have fallen foul of the portable ac scam. I thought they were a legitimate company as I found thier registration through the Dutch company number but looks like that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Waited 3 business days and then chased delivery to then receive the email as others have done…….process and through quality checks. Then nothing. After reading the reviews here I contacted them again saying that I suspected this to be a scam and that as my rights I wished a full refund. 2 days later and I have received an email saying that they are legit and they are having shipping issues. Offered me a 20% refund as a gesture of good will as they couldn’t cancel the order. I have not accepted this and emailed to say that I would be taking this further with the relevant authorities. I have also reported as a scam site through shopify

I have also been scammed by this outfit when ordering an AC unit. Brubio also trade online as London Lane Store - I've left a review regarding that site. The below is what I posted.................

Do not order from this company. It appears to be Chinese based and fraudulent. I ordered an AC unit from their sister company, Brubio - London Lane Store have the same units for sale. They wouldn't work in UK as they are not UK voltage - I didn't see this when ordering.
Have tried to get a refund but just get automated email replies. The Netherlands VAT number is legitimate for Zwoop but their address is shielded by Netherlands Chamber of Commerce for some reason. I am on to the Chamber's Fraud office.

Stay well away from these sites

Update based on the reply from Customer Support.....

Fraudulent company - let's see. EU/UK law states there is a 14 day cooling off period for absentee purchases. If you are legitimate then you will recognise this fact and process a refund. I have been in contact with Dutch chamber of Commerce and also the Dutch police - matters are pending. You have my contact details so please share yours with me. You've asked me to reach out - I am.....simply abide by the law and refund my money

Also ordered an air conditioner which has now doubled in price, like the others no communication, even though it was in stock. I also did check before ordering as I thought it maybe dodgy and didn't find anything until now. They are praying on people in the heatwave. DO NOT BUY. If you have then claim ASAP from your bank.

Exactly the same experience as the above reviewers. Ordered an AC unit in desperation during the heatwave and have received almost no communication from them outside of what appears to be an automated response. No tracking information or timeline of when to expect delivery. I have repeatedly asked for a refund with no response. Take my advise and steer clear of this scam site!

Dodgy company. Had ordered a portable air conditioner online. No response to emails and the phone number doesn’t exist. The registered address has been updated to one in Netherlands. Have reached out to my credit card company for a refund.

Like other reviews, I also ordered an AC unit.

Was not sent any order confirmation, i.e order number (which will be very relevant, as refunds and returns cannot be made without one.)

Enquired about a confirmation email and order number via email, was sent a response 2 days later stating my order had passed dispatch and quality checks, but again, no order number.

Subsequently asked for a cancellation at 1pm UTC, was sent an “automated email response” and that they’d get back to me in 1-2 days.

Very dodgy, scam-like correspondence. I highly doubt I’ll receive anything, let alone any sort of refund.

Avoid at all costs, ordered an air con unit and cannot get hold of the seller at all. Have emailed and used their online chatbot and no response. The number on the website doesnt work and they've also changed their company address since ordering.
