My Experience with Brussonet Company
I own a small bookstore in Lviv, and we regularly ship orders all over Ukraine. I've been ordering cardboard boxes for packing books from Brussonet Company for over a year now. Overall, I’m pretty happy with their products, though there are a few things that could be improved.
What I like: The quality of the cardboard boxes is excellent – they’re sturdy, easy to assemble, and perfect for shipping even heavy books. I really appreciate the variety of sizes, which makes it easy to find the right box for any order. My orders always arrive on time, and that’s super important for my business. A big bonus is the branding option – now my cardboard boxes look stylish and professional!
What could be better: Sometimes, a few cardboard boxes have minor defects, like slightly uneven edges or small dents. It’s not a huge deal, but it’d be nice if every box was perfect. Also, it would be great to have a more user-friendly online tool for designing custom packaging.
All in all, I’d give Brussonet 4 out of 5 stars. They’re a reliable partner, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality packaging. I hope they’ll take my suggestions into account, and then I’ll happily give them the full 5 stars! 😊
