BROWNPRO EYEBROW STENCIL ..These people have nerve

These people have nerve! I received a message that said that they have acted appropriately after I lodged an initial complaint about their deceiful practice. I ordered one single stencil..no extras, just one stencil in black
My account was charged for multiple stencils and not only once...twice!!!!!
When I inquired about this,the response was that I " had 'clicked' on various options and multiple stencils in my order"which is untrue. I cannot possible do anything with so many eyebrow stencils. I was changed over $80.00 instead of just $26.00 approx. I was charged for shipping three times even though all items arrived eventually in one package.
Notably, I contacted this company within a day or so about the charges and to cancel the order and was told that the item had left their warehouse.
They also advised that I could return the item.
It took more than five weeks for the stencil to arrive (it was shipped from within Australia..usual delivery time from anywhere is max 7 days ) and I was astonished to receive so many stencils. Non was black. They were BLOND.
To return them, I was instructed to send them to the USA to arrive within 10 days. This meant via air and with insurance. This amount would have cost around $40.
I was literally FORCED TO accept a 50% settlement as there was no other option.
This company is a scammer. And I suspect that I am not the only person who has been 'snookered'.
I re-affirm my advice. Do not order/ purchase from BrownPro. You can purchase a product like they offer from TEMU and you will be treated with respect and with honesty.

Very pleased with Browpro

Browpro are a fabulous company .I have had alot of missing parcels of late , by Shein..which has really stressed me out .They just fob you off .So when I ordered off Browpro , they are so on time with their goods .Also the makeup i bought is fabulous .10/10 👌

Don't order from this company

I ordered the eye brow stamp online last November 2025, which was ok and paid for $9.53. After a month i receive a text message from this company charging my credit card of $36.33 of which i was surprised because i did not re order anything. My bank called me asking if it was legit, told my bank I did not order it. So in Called this eye brow stamp company and the lady gave me another phone number to call and the phone was not in service. Just a heads up ladies, if you want to order it go to amazon directly. I'm sure they have that product. At least it's legit.

I ordered and received this product

I ordered and received this product. When I tried to use it the powder crumbled. I contacted the company. They asked me for a picture of the defected product which I sent them. The next email I got from them was an order ticket that closed my complaint. Definitely a scam. Do not buy from this company. They told me they were out of New York and the product was shipped out of China. Don’t trust them scam

Browpro says it's waterproof, well it's not. The stamp is terrible. Does not make a nice looking brow. I do not recommend.

I found the stamps really easy to use…

I found the stamps really easy to use and 99.9% of the time got them equal both sides.
Only issue i found was even though they stayed in place and still showed a few hours later, they definitely weren't waterproof, so if you wear glasses you have to be careful when adjusting them that you don't smudge them, but would definitely buy again.

They deserve zero stars

They deserve zero stars. They have billed me for 3 months. I'll give them the original billing of $31.63, even though I tried to cancel the same day as I ordered, and they refused my request. Now they are charging my paypal account $31.63 EVERY month and not even sending the item. I will only pay the original order (even though I tried to cancel).

After reviewing the previous information, I noticed that my first payment was for $55.07. After that, I was billed for $31.63 FOUR more times without any items shipped. I'm furious and I would never, ever recommend BrowPro again. For those of you that are thinking about ordering from these crooks, THINK AGAIN.

Oh boy, I got another billing!!! I BrowPro has sent me an apology, but what will make me happy is a REFUND FOR BILLING ME FOR NOTHING. I'm giving them one more time to send me a refund for the incorrect billing. If they won't give it to me, I will report them to BBB, and any other review sites I can find.

This is just a top up to my review on…

This is just a top up to my review on this Company who seem to prove dishonesty pays off. Paypal decided the first time I put in for a refund to go with Browpro. I appealed against it and I thought I had a good chance as I told the truth and sent paperwork to support my appeal. They came back to say they went in favour of the seller. Wait for it you will all relate to this that I ticked the box agreeing to subscribe. I received a copy from Browpro that I was supposed to have ticked but it was not ticked that is how bad they can be. I sent PayPal the copy without the tick but it made no difference to their decision. I will not use Paypal again as they know what Browpro does and is doing. Please be careful of this Company as they go under different names. All of a sudden I was dealing with Nymbus not sure what that was supposed to be about. Good luck

I was charged twice, no product

I was charged twice, plus charged for a VIP thing...30+ dollars. Refunded the 2nd charge, VIP thing was charged after they said it was cancelled. Been over 30 days, no product. Is this a fake company?? Going to call credit card company and dispute charges. DO NOT ORDER from them!

These guys are fraudsters and the product sucks

Do not buy this company’s product. It’s ridiculous. I looked like Groucho Marx and never actually used it other than one time and never left the house with it on. The company also practices very duplicitous tactics, and opps you into repeated subscriptions without permission and then refuses to refund more than half your money. they also automatically sign you up for multiple products at one time even when you close the screen and don’t submit they send them to you anyway and charge you. And then spend four or five emails trying to coerce you into actually keeping five versions of their product that you never ordered. If you tell them, you don’t know why you were charged, they claim that it’s your fault and act like they’re doing you a favor to refund only half your money. There’s a lot of alternatives out there to this company, most probably have much better products, go to any other one, but this one.

Product is crap and company even worse

Product is crap and company even worse. Fraudulently sign you up for annual subscription, discontinue communication about charges and shipping (as done on initial order), don't ship ANYTHING and then state "company policy of refund timeline" and problems with being able to refund full amount unless I give the my PayPal (don't have) or give me a trustworthy friend account information for balance due. So you want to steal from me twice or pull in another victim. SCAMMERS AND SUPPORTERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
