I ordered a single set of the brow…

I ordered a single set of the brow stamp. To date i have not received any product, but have had my debit card charged for numerous items I did not order. My $9.95 is now up to over $130!!! I was also charged $12.95 expedited shipping which i had not requested.

These people are liars

These people are liars. I made an order. They offered me a 30 day trial membership that was FREE. It wasn't supposed to hit my account for 30 days. But it hit right then, and getting these people to stop giving me the run around is impossible. Dishonest company, run by dishonest people.

I thought it would feel heavy on my skin but it doesn’t. Barely notice it’s there but it looks like I had a full brow treatment done. Amazing little tool.

Browpro is a scam

Browpro is a scam! I ordered two stamps and they added additional items and charged me an additional $80. When I called they stated it was too late to cancel. The product was garbage and did not work as advertised. I do not recommend buying this item. I am sorry that I did not read the reviews first. Please don’t waste your money, it is definitely not worth your money!

You placed your order on September 5, 2025. About a week later, you contacted us requesting to cancel some of the items. At that point, the order had already been processed and shipped, which is why we were unable to cancel it. This was explained during the call.

That said, we did not ignore your concern. We provided you with return instructions so the items could be sent back for a refund in accordance with our policy. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up from you or confirmation that the return was sent, so we were unable to proceed further with the refund.

We understand that this experience was frustrating, and we genuinely tried to offer a resolution within what our system allows. If you still have the items and would like us to re-send the return instructions so we can review your refund eligibility, you’re welcome to reach out to us directly and we’ll be glad to assist.

Scam company

Scam company. Please don't fall for it and throw your hard earned money at this company. They take your money. Plus do a second unauthorised transaction to sign you up for a monthly subscription. You won't get your product and you won't get a refund and they won't communicate with you!

They charged me twice

They charged me twice, tried to cancel it but couldnt. Been try every since for weeks now, no joy. Complete waste of money and con artists, ripping off a pensioner. Please do not buy this shit.

Well lady’s don’t check the box because if you do your gonna get charged for the subscription should have read it before I did but didn’t you won’t get a refund so no need to try after trying I think like three times to get a refund I was told you checked the box so be careful of what you check NO REFUND!!!

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY. The item did not do what it was supposed to do, and didn't look anything like their promo videos. It was within the 30 days return full refund period as per their website. So when I asked about returning the product I was told that it had to be returned in its original packaging otherwise they wouldnt accept it (who keeps original packaging these days). They also said they don't supply a return label, meaning I would have to pay for the return.
I said as I live in Australia, and Australia Post is NOT delivering to the USA at present, I was unable to return it. All they offered me was a 30% refund.

expedited shipping?

They charged me for expedited shipping even though i explicitly took that off because who cares how long it takes to get here. And it's going to take 5 to 7 business days to get to me! That is not expedited. I'm waiting to hear back from their "customer service" if they will refund the shipping. If they do i will remove this review...

I was recently scammed by this company

I was recently scammed by this company. Ordered a 1 pack eyebrow kit for 8.99 usd and subsequently charged an extra 51 usd and subscribed without my consent. I complained by email and they then offered a small partial refund of 12.75 usd. They tried to blame me for ticking the subscription and the extra 3 pack on my own when I never did. Anywho they’ve been reported for fraud. Don’t buy from this Company! They are deceptive and have horrible reviews. So many other people had the same thing happen to them. I don’t even want their product anymore! Imagine having their deceptive product on your eyebrows 🤮

DON'T BUY

I ordered a stamp set from Brow Pro recently, and during the payment I felt I was overwhelmed by all the flashing lights and jumping screens. When I tried to cancel the order, I politely emailed the company asking for a refund. The replying email was ridiculous, full of blabber about the company and not even mentioning the refund... it took me 3 or 4 emails and I still only got half back... only to find the next month they took the money again!.. several emails later, I still have not been refunded...
It's a big " DONT BUY" from me..
PS... it's now 4 months later and I've just received an email from them saying I need to edit my review or it won't be published! So they still haven't published it! Surprise surprise.... not a reputable company in any way shape or form. Shame on you Browpro!!!!!

Really I would give this company no…Don’t waste your money

Really I would give this company no stars if I had the choice. Video shows the stamp with hair lines on the arm. This product has a foam applicator that is solid in color. Just a cheap powder that smudges and will wipe off when you touch it. It’s definitely not waterproof and definitely doesn’t stay on. Don’t waste your money.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I order 2 boxes for $19.24 was sent 7 boxes and billed $89.72. Still waiting for the refund on 5 boxes that where returned. The next month I was billed $31.63 twice for a total of $63.26. Sent a emailed for a refund and was told I couldn't have it because I clicked the box for a monthly membership. No box ever came up for that so I know I didn't click it. There is a lot of complaints stated the same issue. Don't order from this company that goes by several names.
