No communication and no delivery date.
Not actually in stock and took 3 weeks to deliver.
Delivery happened but was incomplete - 1 box missing.
Shambles of a company, be wary and use a reputable company that actually delivers your product.

Would appreciate refund for goods returned
Happy with the speed of the delivery of the large industrial fan.
However I needed to return it and notified the company by email on the 9/06 (having ordered on the 27/05). No response. I arranged for delivery back to the company as I was leaving the country for3 months. I have proof of delivery from ParcelForce(IZ61A84FDK24732388). However no communication or more importantly refund.

Good price for this product very nice and helpful staff had problems with the courier damaging the delivery. Problem with suppliers replacing the damaging items but thay keeped on to them until it was sorted all in all great company

Tried to not refund me
Order a fan, and one minute later needed to cancel, as I did not notice the small writing showing it excluded VAT and this is the email I got back!
Weve already ordered this and our supplier is getting this ready.
How about we refund you £20.00?
Consumer rights, do not seem to mean much, and whilst I am sure they are a decent business, does not detract they they tried to get out of refunding me immediately, which my team of solicitors were totally shocked with, as we order so many of these fans from other suppliers

Incredibly helpful in sorting my order ; my item was out of stock with the supplier , so they made phone calls to help find an item in stock that fitted the bill and could be shipped to me ASAP. Heater arrived within 2days and is perfect for our needs.
