Having rented a number of properties over the years I have a good benchmark to compare to and can honestly say the experience I had with Brooklyn's was terrible and stressful. A lack of professionalism and knowledge/experience led to a protracted dispute for absolutely no reason.

Fantastic estate agent that made our move really easy and straightforward. My thanks to Kristian and Harps who guided us through the process and answered any questions we had. No issues and happily settled in now!

Extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and prompt response to my property for rental. Both Tina and Harps have been instrumental in getting the property ready: the electrical certification and gardening plus the professional cleaning were efficiently managed. I am satisfied that the are the best agent for my properties.

Moving is a stressful experience for any and everyone. And with this being my first moving experience, I was blessed with Roland! He was able to calm my panicked nerves time and again and nothing was out of the way for him. 10/10 would recommend!

I was really stressed after looking for a new place and getting the run-around by different agents. Brooklyns supported me greatly with my move to my new apartment – which was literally done at the last minute. Harps, Roland and Tina were amazing! They understood the urgency, helped to get a quick turnaround with the reference checks and above all they were responsive and answered my questions patiently. This made me feel valued as a customer and gave me comfort with my decision making as I was really unsure of everything at that time after being disappointed by other agents and having to rush at the end.

Very responsive team, who make an extra effort to work 'with' you to get your property rented and to manage the ongoing tenant relationship. Any problems that arise are discussed to agree the solution and then dealt with without any hassle. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Harps who was amazing from beginning to end. Viewing the flat was done efficiently and swiftly and securing the flat was done in super quick time.

I was looking to rent a flat for my Mum so, it was important the flat was in the ground floor, safe and secure. Harps showed relevant options very quickly and managed all correspondence to secure the flat we opted for.

Access to the flat was quick again once references were approved.

Absolutely amazing!! This is my first time ever moving and I have to say that Brooklyn’s must be the best Estate Agents ever. I want to thank Harpreet Garcha especially for making our first move so unbelievably memorable. The process was so easy and quick. She is not only thorough but is also so understanding and really took care of us well. Both me and my husband are very appreciative and would highly recommend Brooklyn’s. We couldn’t imagine ourselves with anyone else helping us through this process. Best service ever!! We will definitely be going through them again when the time comes.

Very good service and communication throughout the process. Due to Covid I preferred to do video viewings and they were very accommodating. No agency fees charged. Totally recommend.
