Upon calling this company I have doubts they are a reputable company at all.
My package arrived with missing items. They sent a second package to make up for the missing items after providing no tracking for this initially. The second package didn't make up for the missing articles, so rang again. Somebody identifying themselves as the Manager said that they would send a third package to make up for the loss. I'm still waiting two weeks later. Use these idiots at your own risk. They will lie to you and have no concept of customer care...
Fraud! Ordered 5 T-shirts, 4 of which were delivered correctly, one was a size too big. My order was disputed. Outrageous!
I Bought a t shirt from BROOKLYN BIG AND TALL.CO.UK from their eBay outlet on Sun 3rd of March this year, I paid in full at time of purchase, and the next day I got a message saying item despatched and it was Royal mail 24hrs tracked delivery. On Wed no tracking I got in touch with BROOKLYN BIG AND TALL.CO.UK and asked them for a delivery date. I was told item out of stock would I like a different t shirt. So I asked for a refund asap, the reply was thankyou for your understanding we have issued you a refund this will take 3-5 days to show on your payment card.
How can you say something has been despatched when it's not in stock then leave it another 3 days with nothing done about it NO EXCUSES TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
