Brookies Heaven Scents is a small business run by TWO people (with the help of some family members)
EVERYTHING is handmade which as you can imagen take alot of time amd hard work. Ive followed this small business for a long time, altho ive not always ordered until a few years ago, you can see how much blood, sweat and tears goes into making the products.

As any small business they look to expand and although ideas dont go to plan. BHS is very good at recognising this and change quickly. BHS is very good at keeping their customers informed, either via email, tik tok, or their FB.

ALL their products are amazing, smell insane and iv always had GOOD customer service from them. They always offer the option of an open box so people can add to their orders without paying the extra shipping, nkt MANY businesses do that. Games nights you always get more than you pay for.

Cannot fault this little business and would recommend everyone to visit the webite and order. Looking forward to see what new products they are bringing out and watching you grow even more

Ordered from these guys a few times best wax melts I've ever bought hightly recommend and also the defuser oil is the best I've ever had everything I've had has been amazing highly recommend

Outstanding quality home fragrance and bath and body products.
Blast away spray is excellent, room sprays last for hours and hours, whipped soap is incredible and my ultimate favourite: the body lotion and body spray. I’ve ordered so so many times over 4 years and always had a positive customer service experience. Small business do not have the capacity as huge businesses so a 7-14 day turnaround is amazing, remember all products are handmade too! My emails have always been responded to in a kind and helpful manner. This is a good phenomenal small business.

The most friendliest people you will come across on tiktok and the products are amazing! Any questions or help needed they will happily help you out and guide you in the right direction.
Very happy with my experience with them and I'll continue to support them on tiktok and recommend them to family and friends!!

Amazing company, always come here for my bath and body products always nice to support a small business. The soap sponges are amazing 100% good quality for money as these last me ages at least around 6 weeks and the smell stays on your skin unlike superstore body wash.

So much scents to choose from, it's hard to pick. You can also see how hard they work over on tictok making all the different products in house. Highly recommended 10/10
