Appears to be well made and obviously mainly for use on wheel spindle nuts as the solid end is formed as a 15mm ring spanner. BUT - the ratchet end is a bit curious, it’s obviously made to accept 6.4mm ( 1/4” ) hexagon screwdriver bits, but as to its intended use on the Brompton ?
