I switched to this bag from the wide front-loading battery bag which I found a little clunky, it was a good move. Much more storage capacity and quick to take off in case you want to fold the back tire under the bike.

Love the idea of it. In actuality, the heals of my feet keep hitting the sides of the bag as I ride. The bag needs to sit further back. Instead of a small velcro, the should switch out to straps. The design team should incorporate magnets to the bottom of the bag to allow for easy removal and not be so labor intensive to unclip the bottom straps.

It fits securely; it holds a lot more than I expected it to; it looks good on the bike. It is secured by relatively easy fasteners ( compared to other pannier type bags). It has a carrying handle and a detachable shoulder strap if you want to carry it rather than leave it on the bike. I would have preferred it to be black which would have suited the colour of the bike more; having the bag does mean that you can’t use the stand without unclipping the bag. Also your feet do touch the bag while pedalling but compared to the convenience of having the bag none of these really matter. It gets that pack off your back.

Attachments poor and fiddly. Sits too close to front and my heels catch it causing a potential danger. Very expensive. Not big enough to take normal gear (helmet, light rain jacket, gloves etc.) and the battery pack. The information says it has wheels and a handle. It does not. Altogether, a very poor product and misleading promotional details. I invite the director responsible for this product to contact me. 07432664180.

If you’re looking to buy just one bag I’d advise on the front one , why? Because you can leave it on round the supermarket when the rack is folded underneath
