Integrity and customer service more important than profit!

I called (connected via a man agency technically) looking for a quote for private professional liability insurance as a teacher employed at a public school. Nicholas took down some information. About an hour later he said that he could get me the insurance but there were some websites that were geared to exactly what I needed. He then sent me the sites he found. He not o it didn’t profit financially from this but went above and beyond “doing right by me.” That impressed me, and I recommend this agency sharply based on the integrity shown in this occasion.
