I wanted to share my disappointment with the service provided by Brokers Back Office. I was interested in using their services, but when I called their 1800 number at 9 am, I could only leave a message and had to schedule a callback for 2 pm. I received a text message at 1 pm to confirm the appointment, followed by another reminder 15 minutes before the scheduled time. However, I never received the promised call. Despite sending an email and replying to the text, there was no response. This experience has made it clear to me that this is not the kind of business I want to engage with.

I've been working with Broker's Back Office for three years now. The assistant I have through them is fantastic. She came to me with a great level of knowledge in our broking CRM and has trained with me on our migration across to a new CRM. I can fault her work ethis and don't know what I'd do without her.

Keep getting spam messages asking me to sign up to their service. I've unsubscribed but keep receiving spam. I would never use a service that obtains customers in this old-fashioned method
