Run Away
I was a customer with Brokerlink (Liebel). They stopped carrying Max insurance (who I had policy with). When reaching out to them 10x to try to pay my renewal, they would not assist me. Instead I was told they were porting me to intact.
I asked for the quote 5x calling weekly, it finally showed up on the day my old policy finished at 800$ increase from Max. Guess they were banking on people panicking due to timeline. We had already found a new insurance company that was 1000$ less per year.
Don’t waist your time with Brokerlink or Intact. Ridiculously poor service/ communication.
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting buisness, I canceled policy and still getting charged, with no repayment for 2 weeks causing all my regular payments to be returned and adding fees. No proper communication on their part. No answers. Good luck if you choose to be a policy holder with them. Id give the a 0 star if it was an option.

I began with brokerlink a few years ago. And randomly one day, my broker was gone and I was informed I was no longer getting that same broker. They’ve updated their policies so now you have whoever and whenever.. with this in place ny policies have had so many errors due to different people attempting changes.

I have dealt with Emily for years and have always had great communication with her. I have inquired about rates for different vehicles. She has always responded quickly. Very good dealings with her.
Brokerlink, Insurance, Clarity??
I got a renewal letter from Brokerlink with a rate increase to my insurance. I called Brokerlink in November to inquire about this, feeling my rate would be decreasing which is what I was told by the adviser who signed me in the previous year. In the call I was asked if I wanted to renew. I said no. I let them know I would shop for a better rate elsewhere as my policy was expiring at the end of December. An email was sent to me reiterating my non renewal response, and opting to shop elsewhere. After signing with another company , I got an email saying I owe Brokerlink money. In a phone conversation with an advisor my letting them know I was not going to renew seems now reinterpreted by the advisor for not using the word 'cancelling'. SeveraI calls later it seems each adviser, and different protocols of each creates much confusion. I feel the verbal communication needs to be equal to the literal communication, especially when selling something like, Insurance.
Scam artist
Scam artist. They'll rip you off. They'll make you pay for things that you don't need. Or that you shouldn't have to cover. I am going to be canceling my insurance with these guys and going directly with another company.

Aaron McGregor worked diligently to help in correcting an error created by a previous company's adjuster who recorded the wrong driver in an accident claim. Thanks to this correction I was able to save considerable in my renewal with a different company. Great work.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. What an embarrassment of a company. No communication about agents leaving and being assigned to new ones. We have had an outstanding claim on our commercial space since April 2024 and still cannot get resolution and restoration of the space. We have been clients for 20years and never missed a bill. The one time we put in a claim and they just stall and stall and stall. Nearly two years later our office space is still unusable and the email train continues. No accountability. No one cares. It’s all words and ZERO action. Run from this company. Lawsuit coming up….

I would prefer to give a zero rating. The agents on the phone are rude and arrogant, think they are right even when the administrative errors are glaring at them in the face. They don't care about you! Lack of empathy, understanding, and full of errors.

I was with a small brokerage firm call Hartwell Thayer and through firms joining up , ended up with this company of zero customer service or relationship!
You could spend an hour on the phone with an agent, and if disconnected, they don’t call you back!
Everytime you call or email, it’s a different person that gets your call, and no one cares!
There is absolute zero service at this company! I tried to go directly to my insurer and was told I had to wait until my annual coverage was finished or will be penalized by 2 month worth of charges!
I am ready to pull out my hair because the completely uncaring people that work at this company and getting no answers to having to pay 2 months worth of insurance to go directly to my insurer, I am a hostage to this terrible company!
Never again! Please do not make the mistake I made!
