Scheduling was easy and quick, and all of the initial forms/paperwork are online (very convenient, in my opinion). Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to my counselor, Kim. Highly recommend Broken Chains!

Broken Chains International came highly recommended by my church. I have been having a rough time lately and finally decided it was time to do something to help/fix myself. It was really important that I found a therapist that wouldn't psychoanalyze me or try to put me on drugs from the get go and that they would be faith based. This group is amazing!! From the lady that has scheduled my appointments through the therapist that I am seeing. Dr Hubbard is the most fantastic, understanding, beautiful therapist I have ever seen! I am so glad the Lord lead me to her!

Excellent counseling services. Front desk is fantastic as is the counselor.

The counselor was terrific! The set up with office staff left a little to be desired. Couldn't hear her as she would put her phone on her shoulder a lot, was sent wrong forms, other little snafus.

Dr. Hubbard was great; she got right to the heart of the matter and taught us how to use tools to help us work through things on our own in the future.

Steve and I had a wonderful experience with Charles! Great counselor, listener, and cares for those he sees.

I went into the intensive with the goal of learning what I could do better to love my bride where she is at. To either understand her or learn to accept how she feels about certain buttons she has. I hoped that she would come to some clarity about the fact that I truly do cherish her and that we could bust down the roadblocks in our lives.
Following some intense conversations on the eve of the first night and the next morning I was 80% sure I wasn't going to benefit from this process. I felt as though the whole thing was geared towards teaching me skills to help her and that I was an afterthought. Gradually as the 2nd morning went on I uncrossed my arms, then slowly adjusted my chair closer to her and before I knew it I was holding her hand then finally wishing we were on a couch instead of 2 separate chairs so I could sit closer to her. I started seeing her as a strong loving woman who needs me to speak her love language and just listen and affirm. We will truly both reap tremendous benefits from our intensive! Thank you JESUS!

I had the opportunity to attend a counseling intensive with Kevin Daly at Broken Chains International. Kevin is a gifted and skilled counselor that made me immediately feel safe. I was heard, understood, and honored, and reassured of God’s love for me. He and the staff were willing and able to walk through the fire with me to lead me to healing. I was given resources to continue with healing and growing. I would recommend Broken Chains International to anyone that’s ready to work through the past or is going through a difficult time.

This was our first time doing marriage counseling and it was a awesome experience! We will continue with our counselor! Looking forward to the next session.

I always like talking with Kim. I hope we can talk again soon. Kim has twice now point me in the right direction for encouragement, truth and wisdom. I’m grateful. May the Lord bless you all as you continue to encourage lives and hearts for the kingdom.

I spent a year pursuing counseling here during my divorce. It was located near my home and I had no idea what to do or where to get help. This was useful but it was not really counseling but a class. What I needed was someone to actually discuss issues and engage in counseling, this was more of teaching and directing of how to love each other and the details of how to keep forgiving and love like Christ so that you won't get a divorce. After a year I ended up deciding to file for divorce and still had issues that I needed to try to discuss....when I called to schedule an appointment the counselor I had used for a year communicated through the secretary that she would not see me again because she felt that she was not able to help me any further. Over all it was an experience that was not as helpful as I needed and not worth the money.

I felt completely at ease in my first session. I have visited counselors in the past and have had good experiences and not so good experiences. I have had two sessions at Broken Chains Intl so far and I am eager to get back for my third!

I love my counselor and the receptionist because they were so warm and welcoming. They help me to feel accepted.

Broken Chains International is a great place to take care of your mental health no matter your age, race or social status. As an African-American male, it's great to see they have a young AA male counselor there named Aldreques and that's what drew me to BCI to see someone who looked like me that can relate to me and help me and I've been seeing him for a couple of months now and he's been a great help. I highly recommend Aldreques for anyone looking to better themselves.

Very compassionate yet quick to get to the root of our issues. Able to pull godly wisdom and psychological principles balancing in family issues. Only had one session and will be continued hoping for success.
