I ordered a hoody as part of a Christmas gift. I ordered the wrong size initially. When the hoody came it was excellent, the quality, and warmth was fabulous. I returned for an exchange, with Royal Mail to pick up from my house. Unfortunately, I selected an incorrect postcode and the parcel was delivered to a neighbouring business. I reached out to Royal Mail who were really unhelpful. However, when I contacted Bro customer services, Nick had put me at ease and advised that if it's went to a neighbouring business it should show up. He communicated clearly and often and didn't make me feel like an idiot for selecting the wrong postcode. He definitely went out of his way to keep me updated and now an exchange is on the way, as my parcel turned up. Given the quality of the product, and the overall customer service. I would definitely recommend ordering from bro clothing. I will be ordering again myself . Thanks to Nick for sorting !

What a great buying experience.

I had problems with ordering a new hoodie and Mats was awesome throughout the whole process. When I did manage to order I had ordered the wrong size.

Nothing was too much trouble for Mats a Bro! I arranged to send it straight back for a replacement size.

When I received the hoodie I was really pleased, the quality is fantastic and I cannot wait to get to the mountain in it.

Have bought from Bro Clothing several times. Love their stuff!! I am always so shocked at how accommodating the staff are there and nothing is ever too much trouble. Would 100% recommend and their hoodies are such beautiful quality.

I really like the jumper designs as a disabled women who recently started my sit ski journey in march this year it has been hard for me to find gear that’s comfortable and doesn’t rise up when I get in the ski the extra length on the jumpers and the positions of the pockets are really nice and accessible which despite this probably not being the aim has been so nice to experience ☺️ it’s great to be able to wear fun designs without having to spend extra money on gear that’s designed for the disabled community and often doesn’t come with much choice ☺️

I’ve been a repeat customer over the years because I’m a big fan of their unique designs, casual cosy fit of the hoodies and beanies, and their use of sustainable materials in both the clothes and the packaging is a juicy cherry on top.
Having seen their stand at various events I’ve been at over the years, I can vouch that Nick and his team are suuuper friendly and their customer service is excellent. Can’t wait to see what they bring out next!

The company is good to deal with regarding returns, however they don't refund the shipping costs (which they are required to do by UK law) unless you specifically ask for them - not good enough.

Edit - Bro! have replied and said that they've checked their records and I received a full refund; what they should have said is that they've checked their records and I have NOW received a full refund after requesting that the shipping cost be refunded. Disingenuous of them 😕

My wife got me a hoodie (Chill 'n Shred edition) from Bro! Clothing for Christmas. The first one that arrived was too small, then I exchanged for a different size and colour (as the first had sold out). The fit was superb but I didn't like the colour in person. Finally exchanged for my initially desired colour and I am now very happy with my hoodie.

The customer services communication was superb from start to finish. Replies were always quick and helpful, and the entire process couldn't have been much easier.

I'll definitely be returning for a slightly more lightweight hoodie, once the weather begins to warm up.

Amazing products that are great quality and built to last. The only place I go to for my tees and hoodies now! Both the Park Edition and Chill 'n' Shred hoodies are a great length and super warm.

The team are super helpful with a special shout out to Mats and Nick who have been great with exchanges when I ordered the wrong size fleece. They also went above and beyond when I lost my Spruce Chill 'n' Shred hoodie and there were no more in the UK they sourced one from their European store and got it over to me super quick!

Great company that I cannot recommend highly enough!
