I thought £150 for the initial call-out and £1000 to replace the motor, which took two workmen just over an hour to replace, a bit excessive.

Really good experience, everything went smoothly, very good communication all way through, no pressure, polite and friendly fitter’s, nothing to much trouble. Would throughly recommend, from start to finish finish.

What a great experience, we had with Broadview, we ask someone to come out and give us a quote on some blinds for our veranda. The owner can out and was honest about everything, we needed, and trust me we had some other companies that came, but Broadview came out far superior by far, price, and style, neat and tidy look. Our blinds look the business, also the owner is the surveyor to measured there and then. I would definitely recommend this company. They know their business, the fitters Eric and Mark, just worked until the job was done. Thanks guys.

Good friendly service. I took advantage of the February offer on outside awnings. Didn’t have to wait too long from date of order to installation. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the awning.

We have been pleased from start to finish, from the measuring up to the lovely lady in the office and the final fitting, it has been a first class service. We were recommended by friends who had shutters from Broadview and were very pleased too. We were surprised how long they took to fit but it was done so well and neatly. The shutters are of good quality too.

We placed an order for window blinds for our new office building and right from day one the service was fantastic with prompt feedback and keen pricing.

These blinds were fitted yesterday and look fantastic.

We wanted interior shutters for the lounge. The salesman explained all the options so we picked a date for fitting and had them installed. Extremely happy with the shutters and the company, would recommend them.

From start to finish, the service was professional and friendly. A special mention has to go to Will, who came out to take all the measurements. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all our options clearly. It gave us real confidence that everything would fit perfectly – and it absolutely did.
The quality of both the blinds and shutters is fantastic. They’ve completely transformed the look of our home and added that perfect finishing touch we were hoping for. The installation itself was smooth and tidy, and everything fits beautifully.

Our only slight complaint was the wait time – it took around three months for the shutters to be delivered. That said, once they arrived and were fitted, we could see they were worth the wait.

Overall, we’re really pleased and would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience - From survey to installation

Great experience and very happy with the outcome. Fitting was professional and fitters were nice and tidy and the shutters look really nice. Also had awning fitted and although weather hasn’t meant we could use it yet, we are very happy with how neat it looks on the outside of the property.

This is the first time I have used Broadview and would certainly recommend them.
Sadly in today’s busy world customer service can fall short but not with Broadview the whole process was excellent.

Great shutters but have had to wait months for the job to be finished, still not finished yet, now told 9th march .Not really acceptable as started the job early December 2025.
