Excellent knowledge and service from all at Broadnet.

A great company, dedicated to providing reliable comms to the emergency services and supporting bodies across the country.
Excellent support and maintenance means servers are kept running over and above expectations.

Very good system and not to many problems over the passed 3 years.

I did take one star off as we asked you to merge two accounts in to one but this has never been done.

So if you fix that I will give you 5 stars.

Absolutely fabulous service from Broadnet. Fantastic coverage and support

Best radio and CAD system we have ever used, with a customer service team to back it up we have emaild a suggestion to have it picked up and implemented within hours. When we have had a radio fail we have had it fixed in a reasonable timeframe with emails picked up weekend evenings as well!

We really can't recommend this system enough

In short, absolutely brilliant!

We were looking for a robust communications solution for our fast growing business providing medical cover in remote and hostile areas. Clearly reliability and good signal was paramount as was robust hardware and a good software package to manage complex and multiple situations. Pleased to say that we got all that and more. Fast response, set up and support and always listens and responds to feature ideas and feedback.

Having used Broadnet for a number of years now, I can safely say that I would recommend them to any company needing radio comms over a wide area, or indeed even a local area.

The integrated dispatch software has helped our company so much with call logs, asset tracking and staff welfare.

The support we have received through any issues that have cropped up has been second to none, even getting out of office hours reply’s from the CEO to assist us, it certainly does t go unnoticed.

I looked at BroadNet to be used by my charities long distance logistical communications platform. We trialled the system extensively and found it to be head and shoulders above other competitors. Not only with the terms of coverage but the support system they have in place is second to none.

I have sent them a question and they have replied with clear and concise information and I know that if needed, they are available any time.

The fact that they chose to create a UK wide channel for appropriate users during the snow events of recent years and, when they proved so popular, they have carried these forward is also something else they can offer above and beyond any competitor.

All of these combined with the fact they are able to offer a Critical Services Network SIM that hops to the strongest signal all included in your monthly subscription is fantastic value. But the personal service they offer really set them apart.

Approached the team about a major project roughly 18 months ago and it was definitely one of the best decisions I have made.

Broadnet systems support a number of our high risk areas including the deployment of firearms teams, the coordination of search and rescue teams, and the management of instructors, staff and evaluators.

We rely on the radio system and CAD platform to ensure our teams, no matter their function. Are able to communicate in a safe, secure and efficient way. As well as allowing controllers and designated persons to track and monitor resources.

The system is always developing, and the team are happy to help.

Bought radio systems but upgrades were mainly done at weekends when we needed it most so meant the system was always down.

To top it off, one handset developed a fault. It was sent back to Broadnet and the address provided on their website. Sent recorded delivery and was signed for.

It then went missing and after telling them the address it was sent to it turned out it had changed and that this was their accountants address. Clearly it was their fault for not updating their details and played out £50 compensation for a handset costing over £160!!

Complete jokers. Avoid!

I appreciate that your business may have had a management re-structure but this has been recent. The reason for review now is one I was asked to make from another source via email. Your comments that I should have contacted you are are not accurate. I did contact you to no resolve. Maybe not your new management structure as you mention but then I'm not to know this. The review left is accurate and factual and can all be backed up by emails.which I still have. However what doesn't add up as the fact that you have found this incident but can't find the emails relation to a former colleague seems a little suspicious.
I smell a rat.

Excellent customer service, radios are amazing and the only real choice for mission critical comms
