In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it! Great overall transaction!

Great transaction! Talked to salesman Jason when we were looking for a specific TT, but it wasn't available at that time...then COVID depleted inventory/delivery throughout the region. My husband started calling around about 4 months later to check availability & Jason had all of my contact info and was going to call us ASAP because they just got our trailer in stock! We put down a deposit 'sight-unseen', got the financing started & made plans for delivery later that week. We drove the 3.5 hrs to finish paperwork and do the walk-thru. Every person at the dealership was great from Sales (Jason), finance, tech & in the shop! Would 100% recommend!

Amazing sales staff

Amazing sales staff. Drove 600 miles to buy our new travel trailer and it was definitely worth it.

Good selection

Good selection, had what we wanted, and easy process to buy (new travel trailer). Process couldn't be smoother. However, taking the money's the easy part.
The trailer was delivered with a bent power tongue jack. It took 2 month's of reminders that we couldn't use the trailer due the jack being inoperable. Finally got a new jack and couldn't be happier with the purchase.
Broadmoor RV could have gotten a five star review handily if they could have owned up to bending the jack.
I will definitely buy from them in the future, however I will give any new future purchase a more thorough inspection.

No pressure

No pressure. Very friendly. And Charles who gave us the walk through was fun and personal. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Marta is a great sells person and made sure we were comfortable when we decided to buy. I was nervous ..i feel like if we do have questions we can call. Our first camping trip this wk end!)

Great team - pour care of new products

Sale, Marta, was awesome. Tony Johnson was very informative as well. The product we received was below average. Drove 4 hours to pick it up and the brand new model had damage. I either had to leave it and come back and take it to warranty work near me. I took it with me and now have to spend my time (less than the additional 8 hours of driving) and get it repair under warranty. The back screen frames scratched really bad and a dent in the side. Disappointed. Sales and Service were 4 stars but damaged "new" trailer brought it down to 3

Great Experience

Brad was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. His knowledge of RVs helped us to make the selection best for us, he even helped us to choose the best hitch for our truck. Charles did a great job at orienting is to our new vehicle. This was a great experience with great people.

Marta was great.

Marta was great.
Joe was great albeit fast in his brief on trailer operation.
The 'yellow' item sheet was inaccurate, model numbers wrong, etc...
And Forest River not providing a Operation manual is unsatisfactory.

The sales person was not pushy she was…

The sales person was not pushy she was informed and anticipated very quickly what I was looking for. The staff who did the walk through were thorough and offered suggestions about hitches brake controllers and many other things. Just be sure what you need because everybody's situation is different. Think about how you use the RV where you use it and you won't be buying accessories you don't need.

Best overall company and service!!

I had been dealing with another company for 3 weeks before I came to Broadmoor. The service I received from Broadmoor was OUTSTANDING! Getting my parts was easy

Getting my parts was easy. The only part that I think can be improved on is when you sell a surge protector for a new trailer make sure you let them know that they will have to get a ground plug for there generator or they will not get any power inside the trailer. I would like to thank Brad the salesman and the technician who helped me out to figure this out. Brian Finkbeiner Odessa Wa.

A brilliant experience...

we were both extremely impressed with the expertise, friendliness, and courtesy shown to us by your staff. Marta is fabulous, welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge of the RV world. This is I think our 4th or 5th RV transaction and felt like it was the best we had ever had. Charlie was a gem and knowlegeable and a great depth of knowledge of the RV and all it had to offer. He wanted to make sure we understood everything and that we were safe to go out and find some adventure. I would give all of the people we dealt with a 10 out of a 10 rating. The only thing that bothered me was that there were people not wearing masks or wiping down commonly used objects. Thanks for the great experience. Dory and Mose of Florence, Oregon

There was a few things I needed fixed…

There was a few things I needed fixed on this trailer like the door handle go going to the bathroom it was loose the door hinge above the sink with loose 1 Jack was missing they sent me one I mounted it when I received had several metal shavings on the floor the Murphy bed latch that held it up needed adjusting but they never did I'm concerned about the vent in the bathroom on the outside looks okay but inside I'm not sure I'm going to have to have somebody take a look at it make sure it's not going to leak murphy bed comes down real nice & Easy and is comfortable trailer pulls nice I had called the salesperson and she never called me back had questions about the solar hook up all around very nice trailer would have been nice to of had a oven . Thanks

I checked your repair order and the jack has been on order to be sent to you. Everything else you mentioned is covered under your manufacturer warranty as they are construction issues. You may take your RV to any dealership that carries Forest River products and they can take care of it for you. Glad to hear that the trailer travels well, we hope you have lots of opportunities to get out and use it.
