Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. We have a lift which has been out of order for 5 days. The service is painfully slow, and the communication is almost non-existent. Currently many residents are confined to their flats because they are unable to use the stairs, and they rely on a fully operational lift. Medical appointments, food shopping, being unable to attend places of worship, family events, urgent appointments, the list goes on; people have had their lives seriously disrupted, and not for the first time. Britton-Price do not seem to have any sense of urgency in resolving this issue. Their contract to maintain our lift should really be reviewed - financial penalties should be imposed. Very dissatified resident.
