Almost two years of faultless service now. As co-director of a small firm of contractors, I'm happy I took the advice of some fellow contractors and went with this lot rather than the sub-par competition. Prompt and courteous service, no hassle, competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden costs or nasties lurking in the small print. All correspondence from HMRC and suppliers delivered on time and in a professional manner.

They are the best virtual address/mailbox company is the UK bar none. Period!

I've used several other companies providing this service over the decades and had all kinds of issues with terrible customer service, my important letters going missing etc.

But with British Monomarks everything runs like clockwork. I've never had a single letter going missing.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming when you go to pick up your post (or you can arrange for it to be forwarded anywhere in the world, of course).

Prices are reasonable as well.

This company's service is like 5 star hotel service. They are always ready to help, always inform when parcels have arrived. My partner and I live temporarily away from London, and had in the past friends dealing with our post (last 5 years). However when we started to use British Monomark's services , our life has been so much easier and we can now feel much more secure with our post service . I have other friends which been using other similar companies &services with very mixed responses mainly negative) , and we were very concern when we signed the contract almost 4 years ago with British Monomark to handle our postal service. In all these years they have not failed even once .Their staff is always ready to help, what ever extra request we have had. I highly recommend their services.They are reliable and trustful company to deal with all your postal requirements . few times we were expecting very important mail, and they contacted us, as soon as mail had arrived

I have used this space many times - lovely friendly people and a great space - didn’t want to write a review coz I want to keep this hidden gem to myself!!

I have just subscribed to this company's service and received an email confirmation immediately. I have also been able to contact them via phone both times I called, and they answered all my queries and were extremely helpful. I even made an error in ordering, but they were very co-operative and said they would sort the problem out for me asap. There's not been a single issue from their side and I'm a happy bunny. Furthermore their prices are very, very competitive!

I had an experience of hell using British Monomarks. Getting an answer from them is like trying to squeeze a brick. They don't bother to answer any of their emails. They don't bother to answer their phone. Even more infuriating is that they don't acknowledge payment! My advice is to avoid Monomarks. There's a reason why they boast they've been around since 1925, it's because they are still living in 1925!

I subscribed to their service and paid in full. Never received any confirmation email of registration or PAYMENT, which is very untrustworthy! Was told that they would email me the next day, but these are basic automated emails I am talking about, nothing you need to have open office for. You don't get a login/password either, so you literally have NO PROOF of payment. Their office is only open till 17:30, so I wrote them an email to cancel subscription and demanded a full refund. Had no reply at 10am next morning, so had to ring them. Very impolite and inpatient person would not let me speak and kept interrupting. She said refund was already processed. Again - no email or phone call to let me know?! I do not understand why it is so difficult to send one sentence email just to acknowledge customers concerns. I had to ask her to email me a confirmation so I have some sort of proof. Did not receive any apology for such unprofessional service. Such a waste of time.

I'm very happy with Monomarks. I find them cost-effective.
