Over the years we have bought many beds from BBW both here in UK and in France. Service and quality has always been exceptional and 5 stars in not enough. Nothing is too much trouble; when, exceptionally, there was a problem with one bed it was sorted out with calm goodwill. I am very glad we found BBW all those years ago and the whole family have benefited from many comfortable nights ever since.

We bought a kingsize for ourselves and a double for the guest room. Then later, as a moving into a new home present for my son, a new king sized bed . We were delighted with our purchases. Great service, wonderful quality beds and good prices. Trying to persuade my husband now to replace the old bed in my daughters room!!

We purchased several luxury beds from Roger , at British Beds Worldwide and were delighted with the Quality and Service on both occasions . These were delivered in Spain and the UK - and we were very satisfied with their attention at both destinations .

I have bought 2 beds over the last 5 years, not because they didn't last, but because my ex-wife didn't want to part with the bed and I didn't want to live without one ever again.

We ordered a bed from Roger and his team and we were very pleased with the results. The service given by the team to make sure we got the right product was excellent, answering my endless emails. The only challenge was the lead time for delivery, as they wait to fill containers before shipping them to the Continent - apart from that great product and great delivery service. Hope this helps would be purchasers... I will look to order again.

I purchased a bed some years ago. Excellent service. The bed is still as new. I am delighted with it.

Placed a review here in June 2018 concerning my purchase of a Bovey mattress, their in house manufacturer. Just over two years after this review they have responded, speaks volumes about their customer care.
They claim I damaged the mattress by folding it in half, they have missed my point, when we received the mattress it was firm, and would certainly have not been able to fold it in anyway, over a short period of time the mattress lost all its support, the stitching became broken on the side following normal use, and certainly broken before being folded.
Following a phone call to their office we were asked to send photos of the problem, this we did showing the broken stitching, and the floppiness of the mattress. They claim we damaged it at that time!! It was already damaged, folding it which we shouldn’t have been able to do was our way of showing the problem.
In their long awaited response they claim we had an exclusive opportunity to try the various mattresses in their showroom which is true, but you don’t take the one you like and do not expect it to fail after only six months.
Buyers be aware, the mattress we bought from them was faulty, we received absolutely no after sales or warranty from this company. Avoid!

Roger and British Beds Worldwide provide a first class service and I have been pleased to experience several luxury beds in their range. Having lived in France I can't fault the end to end concierge service that I received from them. Thank you.

Very happy with my purchase of two Kingsize Pillow top Relyon beds from British Beds Worldwide, purchased and delivered to Spain in 8 week timeframe, I could not get beds of the same quality here in Spain at such a reasonable price, and as I already have a Relyon bed, I did not want to compromise on the quality for my friends staying over, British Beds Worldwide were also happy for me to pay a deposit and then ensure that the final balance was paid before delivery to me in Spain, beds were delivered on Saturday, great all round service!

Thank you so much for your kind support in helping me to find the right mattress. Now that you made your dream come true to start your OWN RANGE I will definetely come to visit you and.. hopefully buy a Bovey Mattress or maye even a Tavy..

I must admit I was a little nervous at the thought of ordering a mattress online and having it delivered from Britain to Denmark.

However, I had experienced a "Hypnos" mattress in a hotel during a visit to London, where I had such a good night's sleep that I actually removed the hotel's sheets to see what kind of mattress it was. Hypnos mattresses are not available in Denmark, and I generally find the local selection less than adequate, so when it was time to replace my current mattress I did a quick search and found that Hypnos mattresses were available for delivery from British Beds Worldwide.

It took me awhile to figure out precisely which Hypnos model fit my needs and budget, but the team at BBW were extremely patient and explained all the various features to me. I ended up buying a mid-range Hynpos mattress with which I am very satisfied. It was delivered to Denmark on schedule by a team of British drivers, who unpacked it and set it up for a small additional fee.

Throughout my contacts with British Beds Worldwide, they were extremely professional and service-minded. I would recommend them to others.
