They was quick to reply via email until I sent a complaint, now my emails are being ignored.

The bed was not as advertised, also faulty. The fabric is ripped in multiple places, holes missing where there’s meant to be holes to put together. The website shows the bed with feet, there is no feet on this bed.

Poor quality
Got a Hugo Tall Panneling bed . Quality not so great , no instructions and not enough screws to assemble the bed .
Few parts of the fabric is already ripped.

They say 30 min to put together which is a joke , we had to assemble but screws are missing in so many parts let’s see how long it last .

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 beds, only one came on scheduled delivery. Delivery man said his notes only stated one bed. Checked my order, had now updated to say both beds had been delivered and signed for. Rang up and spoke to a very rude man. No apology, not bothered, so unhelpful. Said would get it sent out. Asked when and when would be delivered. All I got was "this week" Then said I would be here "before Saturday" - this was already 2 weeks after ordering. No surprise, second bed never turned up. Tried calling but noone answers. Over 3 weeks later still no bed and on rare chance of speaking to someone, still fobbed off. Bed still not been dispatched. We paid someone to assemble the first bed. Wow what a disaster. The bed resembles NOTHING like the image online. They are stealing online images and using them to represent beds that look nothing like the actual beds they send. It also came with many parts missing. The image online had feet and a solid headboard but the bed we received had no feet and a paper thin, cheap headboard. The bed quality was appalling. Wasn't worth a tenth of the price. After getting no contact from this awful company, I had to contact my card issuer who refunded us as the second bed never arrived. Thank goodness it never, to save us the hassle of returning. The first bed, still with missing parts, was returned. Would never deal with this company again. Fraudsters who falsely advertise.

Terrible. Purchased Samples as was opening to buying a bed from the website. Samples never arrived and no help from support team.

Avoid dealing with Adam McCann, very rude and unhelpful

We bought a divan base from British Bed Co in March last year. The original base broke and we were sent a replacement part but the bed itself is awful - there is a solid wooden plank in the middle of the divan base which is extremely uncomfortable and is causing me and my partner back/side problems. The divan base was recommended by a member of their team but honestly I would be more comfortable on the mattress on the floor. I now need to replace the bed after not even a year. They look great but are cheaply made.

Really bad service. There was no contact at all. I waited all day for my wrongly delivered bed to be picked up. They didn’t mention on the website that the bed is split into two halves, and the quality is not good. The worst part is trying to contact them—they never answer calls and their communication is very poor.

Ordered a bed told it was coming next day so put my old bed in the garden all ready for my new bed to get a txt van broken down will be in touch ! Still nothing no reply no emails back absalute shocking don’t bother rip of merch

I ordered the Hugo Luxury Tall Panelled Bed With Contrast Piping. While the bed itself is decent, the overall experience was disappointing.

The product was advertised with feet in all images, including when selecting the ottoman option. When the bed arrived, it had no feet and cannot have them fitted due to the design. The appearance shown online was a key reason I chose this bed, so this was disappointing. This was never made clear on the website and felt misleading.

When I raised this, communication was poor. One response was written in all capital letters and came across as rude and abrupt. It took multiple emails and requesting to speak to management before a partial refund was offered.

A metal support bar was also missing from my delivery and had to be sent separately after I chased this up.

The issue was eventually resolved, but only after persistent follow-up. Better communication, clearer product descriptions, and more accurate advertising images would significantly improve the customer experience.

This company is fabulous . They were very professional from start to finish . The quality of the bed / headboard / mattress and ottoman box is first class and I would highly recommend to anyone . The price was very reasonable for the quality and standard . 5 star all day long

I ordered a bed from here and I have to say the bed is beautiful and customer service was excellent they forgot a part for the bed but after contacting them it was delivered within a few days so would definitely recommend this company .

Order samples for the material and colours.. then when on to order the bed I had chosen. Was made before the time frame that I expected it to be. Bed was so easy to put together and looked amazing once all set up!!

Great price, looks expensive and am happy with it just wish it was a little lighter in colour but that’s my fault for not getting a sample. Reason for 4 stars is only due to one screw missing to secure headboard together.

Great priced beds, very good communication as I was needing time to finish house extension. Totally understood when I needed to change colour scheme . Would highly recommend. Good delivery slots...as I live alone & work shifts..

Bought two beds from this company now & would be a returning customer if I ever chose to change beds again.
First bed I bought was an ottoman lift bed & I felt it was rather noisy so with 3 kids in the house it was returned. Returning with their guarantee was almost too easy. The funds were returned almost instantly. Old bed was picked up with no issues. Delivery drivers were fab also.
This company is literally cutting out the middleman so to speak. You are basically buying directly from supplier rather than paying hundreds more for another bigger company raking in the profit imo.
I have recommended this company to others as I feel they don’t get enough good rep for the good quality beds they sell.
Ive had my 2nd bed for 7 months now & I couldn’t be happier with it.
I would recommend ordering fabric samples prior to ordering though as some of the certain fabrics vary in colour but all in all 10/10.

Recived my new bed today, it was so quick and delivered right on time and in only 4days.its absolutely beautiful, The service was amazing, the delivery driver was so helpful and polite and credit to the company.

The bed is very pretty its very nice I like it
