I feel this is a scam. Ordered my bed 3 weeks ago, said it would be delivered last Wednesday (a week late) between 3-7pm they never came. The tracking order says it was intended to be delivered at 9:20pm which I can hardly believe is true. I am calling the number of customer services and no answer, sent emails and no answer...so I am inclined to think its a scam which I now need to report. DO NOT ORDER ITEMS ON THIS WEDSITE!

I received the bed from them on the 23rd of Oct but due to illness I was not able to put together until last weekend so over the 30 Day return but I must say how disappointed by the quality and lack of instructions …..this is not a half price bed this is a cheap bed made with cheap materials.

Faults apart from quality –

One foot casing broke as soon as put on bed
Head board holes do not line up so can’t fit all attachments
Top of ottoman lid does not stay flat without mattress on it
Right side of ottoman top broken in the middle

The quality of this bed is very disappointing.

Very disappointed customer, I would have sent it back if not been over the 30 Days.

I thought I’d give this company the benefit of the doubt, despite the bad reviews but I’ve shot myself in the foot. We had the bed delivered (an extra week late) it came as two separate headboard pieces opposed to one! Which isn’t as shown or described on the website, it’s came damaged as well so I’ve sent photos and requested an exchange but the customer service is non existent … I finally got through to a man on the phone that said he’ll look into it and has failed to get back to us and it’s been a week now. I have text, phoned, left voicemails and further emails … practically begging for an exchange, which to be honest most people would just ask for a refund at this point.

Just like all the other reviews, we wouldn’t recommend using them

Hands down the worst company I have EVER dealt with, my bed was delivered with the wrong bed sides, missing timber and fittings, I was promised this would be resolved and a week later the delivery driver showed up with one piece of timber no fittings and still wrong bed sides.
Finally one last attempt and they have delivered the missing fittings with wrong bed sides AGAIN and wrong colour!!! Nearly 3 weeks sleeping on a mattress! I finally give up!
Please don’t make the same mistake I did completely and utterly useless!

Amazing price, quality and service!!

After reading some reviews, I can’t believe the comments.
The company sell top quality beds for a fraction of the price. Which would mean (to sensible) people that their business revolves around keeping prices low for their customers. For example: minimal staff etc.
I ordered a luxury bed frame and my mattress I got from Bensons for beds. ( which cost over double what the frame cost) honestly better communication, service and quicker from these than Bensons.

There was a part (bracket) missing, but that happens when you’re sending so many products out per day.
The guy on the phone was nice and polite. (Personally think, you get spoken too, how you speak to people) no issues we were chill about it.
The team brought a whole new panel (not just the part) all the way down to Cornwall with in 48 hrs!!
Doing up my house, so I have to purchase another 2 beds!! Defo looking here first!

Team could have communicated delivery slot a little earlier but we got there in the end

The build instructions weren't brilliant but I got by. They should put a video or two on YouTube building beds, that would be helpful.

I'd certainly buy off them again and recommend to others

Do not use this company. Absolute shambles and customer service is shocking. Sent wrong parts twice and still no outcome

Great experience from start to finish. Delivery was great, bed is stunning and looks very expensive. Great price. Would 100% recommend and will absolutely purchase from them again

If I could give zero stars I would!
I ordered the monroe bed in latte colour.
I got a phone call after 1 week saying delivery would be made.
Delivery man turned up and the wrong colour bed was sent.
I called the office no reply for days! When I did finally get through I was told the correct bed would be delivered in a few days!
Another delivery was arranged for the following weekend. To my utter disgust the wrong colour bed was sent again.
Back on the phone to head office no reply , no messages or emails replied to.
Phone call out of the blue to arrange yet another delivery to which I declined as I no longer want to deal with these crooks! Refund is promised but wether I get my refund or not is anyone’s guess. If not trading standards and my bank will be evolved.
Stay away from this crook of a company!

Done expect to be able to speak to anyone direct if there are issues. Delivered a bed to us with incorrect parts. Old bed was dumped prior to delivery and we are now into week 3 since it was delivered and no new parts. Just emails saying "Part on way " yet nothing here. Whole lift system that was sent was for a different bed. So can't be built. Joke of a company. Happy to take money and then not rectify the issue. Now stating a claim with credit card company. So my advice is that if you do decide to buy from this lot pay by credit card

Really shocked at the bad reviews on here! I had a great experience with Britishbedco. I ordered a king size bed and mattress, it was delivered in the specified time frame, the bed itself was simple to put together and the mattress is just amazing.
I will be honest and once I placed the order I freaked myself out thinking is this a scam, so I called them to confirm my order and ask about delivery, I had no problem getting through to customer service, lovely person answered and confirmed my order and told me I would get a call the day before delivery which I was happy with.
Really happy with my purchase, I would and have recommended them.
Can't see a feature to add a photo unfortunately.

Good choice of products on there web page! Once we ordered our product, we have it delivered quickly and communication with British Be Co was excellent and the same with the delivery drivers were fantastic as well. One of the best services I’ve ever had 👍

Excellent customer service beds are great quality. They lets us come down to there factory and have a look before we purchased they were so helpful we bought four beds would definitely recommend.

Ordered the super king teddy fur ottoman bed and was a little reluctant as buying from an Instagram link, paid £514 for the bed with a floor to celing height headboard in teddy fur was a steal. Delivered within a week and a phone call the day before and a 4 hour timescale, the men delivered it to my hall and took a picture for delivery were polite, some people say they don’t have ID! They are men with a van delivering a bed of course there’s no ID, you aren’t ordering from a big department store!! Unwrapped the bed and had to dismantle the ottoman but to get it up into my loft conversion but would of been ok if I had a normal bedroom on the main floor, no drama, 4 screws and took my time. The bed is up and it looks amazing, I didn’t order a mattress as I wanted an “Emma” mattress but all looks beautiful. This bed from a big department store would have been double the price. I’m so happy with it, I never leave reviews but anyone thinking shall I shalt I, yes do it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for making my bedroom look amazing

The metal parts for bed don’t match the bed frame. Emailed them still not sorted, phone ringing out and nobody on the other end of the online chat. Got a bed that’s no good and can’t be put together. Stay clear of this company.

Saghir the driver was super helpful. He was working alone and managed to deliver the bed and mattress solo! The bed looks just like the photos on the website. Downside is they only offer ground floor delivery and also bed came with no assembly instructions. The mattress is super comfy and once I used YouTube to assemble the bed it came out amazing.

The bed and mattress we ordered looks NOTHING like on the website, they are TOTALLY different!!
Don’t go near them, we’ve now got no bed and got to wait for a refund and for them to collect it!!!! Absolutely p****d off!! 😡😡😡
