I bought some fitflop boots that I love and wanted a second pair but fitflop were out of stock. So I was thrilled to find them on British attire and snapped them up straight away. My first time buying from this company and it was a breeze. No cheaper than buying them from Fitflop but that wasn't a problem, just pleased to have found them.

Delivery by Fed Ex was a little unusual and I arranged to collect at my local Fed Ex Depot - delivery to the Depot was quick, probably quicker than home delivery

I ordered a coat but unfortunately it was too big. I asked to return it but made a mistake: they helped me to choose the FedEx. I opted for a gift card to order a smaller size, got a gift card with a bonus amount. But the smaller size wasn’t available any more. I asked for a refund and got it immediately. Very helpful and friendly.
